Service was horrible and staff either didnt know what was what or was simply rude. We left without spending a penny because they wanted to give us a stale 6 pk or make us pay double for the fresh ones sitting right in the window counter. We will never return to this location and will encourage anyone we know to go elsewhere. Service like this is why so many Cinnabons have went out of business!

They are not like they used to be, they are smaller and not as good. They need to improve on size and add more icing portion. As much as I love cinnamon rolls, I hated to have to complain. Please just improve to keep faithful customers.

Not even worth one star. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Told the guy something was wrong with my cinnamon roll n he argued with me saying I was wrong n didnt give me another one or my money back
