Unfortunately Im not pleased with the service I received today at Starbucks Camp Creek Pkwy in Atlanta, Georgia. Being near Atlantas number one Airport Delta/Hartsfield Jackson International this location is extremely busy, but does not have an adequate amount of staff to cover the demand of clients. My wait was was well over 45mins for a Venti Mocha Frappuccino with Whipped Cream & Caramel Drizzle. They messed up my order 2 times by giving me the wrong order 1st, and the wrong taste 2nd, & by the 3rd attempt the presentation of my Frappuccino was unacceptable. Ive been a Starbucks customer at various locations all over for quite some time & this is my first time ever being unhappy with my service as well as my wait time for a basic order that I get quite frequently. Starbucks always maintains a certain level of professionalism and care from its baristas and I would hope this location does a better job at rising to that standard.

Wow ! I mean just wow ! I have been to Starbucks in many states and cities but this location is by far the worst,mismanaged place I have ever seen ! How can you spend 45 minutes in a drive thru only to get to the window and be given the wrong order which totalled $10.15 and give the cashier a 20 dollar bill and have her look at you and tell you that you owe an additional $3.08 ? I truly havent even had this problem in the worst of McDonalds locations. Im truly amazed at how busy they are considering the pure lousy service at this place. I have read the other posts saying the service at this location has improved so much,etc. I sure would hate to see what it was like before today 2/12/17 . Was it previously an hour wait and you owed an extra $20 after you paid for your drinks?

The manager Mark is amazing! Hes really switching out his staff to try and make the best team possible. The layout of the Starbucks is terrible but thats an issue with the layout of the shopping plaza. This Starbucks is slower than many but thats because they are all different. The one on Peachtree has people and equipment specifically for drive thru. Camp creek must use the same people and equipment to cater to both lobby and drive thru. So your experience at one place maybe quick with easy parking but they are all different. Just dont go to camp creek if youre in a rush because its not built for that. I go here for afternoons where i can do work on my laptop and sip on vanilla chai!

They are slow at this location and the coffee is made right only 10% of the time. One time I came right when they opened and all I ordered THIS TIME was a simple Cafe Americano with cream and sugar. I expected it to be perfect after all I was one of the first set of people there. When I got to my destination not even a mile up the road, sipped my coffee, it was lukewarm and tasted like some chemical or something was in it, I was SO PISSED OFF...... ITS COFFEE!!!! If I wasnt at work I wouldve went back up there. I hate that location. .. and the people there are rude on top of it all, they need new staff that know what theyre doing and dont mind making a living.

I come here because the location is convenient. The staff is very friendly but the service is very slow. The establishment is always dirty. Came back a few days after my original post to do some work, the staff was so loud. I hate to leave reviews like this because they are all so friendly but they carried on with personal conversations that everyone in the establishment could here. I know all about their last dates, plans for the afternoon and even which starbucks drinks they dont like. Good location, very friendly and upbeat staff. Just need to work on professionalism and cleanliness. I will come back another time, maybe it will be better

This Starbucks is inside of a Target, just to help you find it. Well, I went to the counter to order, and the barista, which is a misnomer in her case was inattentive, and haggard. When she snapped out of her zone of sucking snot, and blowing her nose with a tissue that was much to small for the amount of mucus that was coming out. She looked at me like, why are you bothering me. She walked to the counter like a sloth. She pushed her tissue into a garbage bag and wiped her mucus covered fingers on her apron, and reluctantly asked me how she could help. I decided I did not want coffee she would be serving.

Hit or miss Starbucks at best! Slow drive thru.... I have never seen a drive thru as slow as this one. The service is really nice, no complaints because everyone is truly friendly when it comes to customer service but my goodness why the slowness, no one has time to wait 15 + for any products served at Starbucks! I always get the double shots on ice with light ice in Vente size, hence light ice means the cup does not come completely filled, which means consumers are getting ripped off by Starbucks since most of their cold beverages are mostly filled with ice and not liquid....

Drinks are horrible. I wonder if the employees would want to pay $4.00 or more for a watered down drink. Then when sent back employees have an attitude. I was told that I could not get a coffee the way that I wanted because they dont make it like that. HUH??? I am the customer I should be able to get the drink any way I please if I am spending the $$$$.....and we are talking about an almost $6.00 coffee. I try to avoid this place when in the location although I do love Starbucks when the drinks are made properly, and there is not that many in this area.

I never thought I would write a review for Starbucks but this location deserves one. From the person taking the order in drive-thru not paying attention whatsoever, to the person that actually made the coffee, what a bunch of idiots. This was by far the nastiest coffee I have ever had in my life. If you cant take a coffee order or make coffee by simply following a recipe of mixing two things, youre about as worthless as they get. Congratulations to the staff of this Starbucks location for being the biggest losers on the planet.

Store was dirty. Boxes all over, looks like it hasnt been swept all week. I noticed there was a half eaten muffin sitting on the table after I sat down. I overheard the barista telling someone halfway through making my order that they were out of something required for my drink. I waited and they didnt bother to tell me and I had to speak up to ask for something else. Frappucino has chunks of ice and I had to have it remade once already. Will not be coming here again.

Theres always a line inside and outside. Many times my drink is not prepared correctly. The last time I was there and ordered a tall drink, it was the smallest size drink Id ever received. Ive ordered breakfast sandwiches only to find out after leaving that it was cold in the center. Many times they are very slow in preparing your order and youre waiting 15-20 to get your order. This Starbucks is in a horrible location. The parking situation is horrendous!
