I bought a prescription from the pharmacy and paid 3 times what Walmart charges for a total of 60.00. Exact same medication at Walmart 20.00. Even Walgreens was cheaper BY 30.00. Total rip off to the consumer. I will never shop there again. There is no way to justify charging 3 times the amount of Walmart for the exact same medication. When I questioned them they said "Well we dont price match". Really well I price compare and was willing to pay extra for everything else you sell to be a long time customer 25 years to be exact and never again. Also I waited an hour for my prescription with groceries in my cart and a long line of people behind me. I had to take the prescription so the poor people behind me didnt have to wait any longer. I will never shop Publix again. That was almost a whole days pay. For something that cost Publix pennies. I will now shop at WALMART!

This is the worst publix I have ever been too. Everytime I go to this location to get a publix sub there is always a line of people and only like 1-2 employees running the sub, chicken, deli, and balery dept. They are always short staffed and the employees are very rude! I mean very very rude! They are always out of bread, or meat too. This publix just cant get everything together. It is failing and it is because of poor management. Public corporate needs to visit this publix to see whats going on and replace current manager.

Go there on my lunch hour sometimes and there is never enough help at the check outs. I had to bag my own groceries the other day. I find this store very inconsistent & unlike any other Publix. Got a sub there last week and it had lots of meat on it. Got the same sub this week and there was 1 thin slice of the 4 different meats on it. Had to check the label to be sure I didnt order a veggie sub. Guess it depends who the sub maker is that day. Need to step up the Acworth Publix guys!

I go out of my way to visit this location quite often because this is the Publix where you almost feel like you are in one of their commercials. Usually all of the employees are so friendly and seem happy to have you there. Todays visit was a little disappointing because it was like visiting any other grocery. Employees seemed to see shoppers just as someone to get in and out of the store. Maybe because its a weekend and its staffed mostly by younger people ?

We have lived in Acworth for over a year. Some cashiers are kind of rude. The meat department needs a visit from the health inspector. We stopped buying meat there because the meat we brought home would be 3-5 days before its expiration date and it would have gone bad already or smell like they sprayed a chemical on it to disguise the smell. Produce is pretty good though. We have switched to Kroger on Towne Lake Parkway.

Seems like this Publix has come downhill a bit in the last 2 years. The sub and deli has some really bad service problems. You have to wait awhile for both. This seems to be the busiest part of the store and they never have enough staff for it...and the staff thats there is either overwhelmed or they just dont care. Feels like theres new management. If not, maybe there should be?

Friendly staff eager to please their customers. Once I wanted a fresh deli salad that was not already in the deli case and the deli made a fresh one for me. The bakery always has a great selection of fresh pastries and bread. The produce dept has the freshest fruits and veggies to select from. Overall experience with this location is great!

Too pricey, small selections. A small grocery store with little selection, sky high prices, and unfresh food that you have to keep returning. It just makes you want to drive the extra gas to shop at a Kroger instead for your groceries. Dont come here to shop unless you are just buying a couple items.

Great service and quality but the price and can out weigh the benefits. Friendly staff and very helpful. They can special order many things if they dont carry it on hand. Not a bad place if you live nearby and have to pop in to get a few things but I definitely dont do my main grocery shopping here.

Like most publix, this one is very clean and staff is very friendly. It is a small neighborhood store, so they do run out of things quickly.best to go early in the morning at the beginning of a new sale.
