I,worked at this store,frpm the first day that they open,,What,people dont know is that staff come into the store and the have been smoking or smoking weed and touch your food,without washing thier hands..Or staff is going into thier vechiles and are doing it and come in and preparing your orders..The 3rd shift baker,comes to work high,then starts baking the food..He, goes into and out of the store to his vechile and comes back in high and prepares food.Oh~ they dont wear gloves when making your donuts... I will never go to any of these 3 stores,they dont care that their stores have staff that does this it..God knows what people are digusting when they eat the food.....Stay far away from Walled Lake,Milford and Brighton,these people just dont care and if you get the coffee ,take a sniff ofthe smell of the cups..its has a strong order....

This is by far the SLOWEST place to get a coffee before work! The girl that works the inside counter does a great job and is friendly, but good lord, hurry the heck up. When I worked at a very successful coffee shop we made sure there was always one person making/pouring the beverages and fetching food, especially during the morning rush, and one person running the register and shepherding clueless customers out of the way. I mean come on. Its just that simple, eh.

Went in today and there was only one person there working. When asked about it they explained how 3 other people failed to report for work. The lady running the place was operating the drive thru, front counter and tables. There was a line of folks but when we got to the front she was calm, collected and patient. The lady told us her name was Jennifer. She deserves praise and is a committed worker.

I mean.. Its Tim Hortons.. So you know the food is good and the coffee is always fresh! However, this location knows how to "pop, lock and drop it" service is always fast, accurate and most of all amazing. The service is also personal, I dont even have to order, by the time I walk up to the counter, they already have my drink made. Hats off to Amanda and the rest of the crew. Cheers!

We go here everyday! the staff has our coffe hot and right on with the mixes,If i go to Starbucks or d.d my day aint the same, i go to the other locations around lower mich also, its pretty good and fast there too, but i think the staff in the brighton location is right on it,thanks for being so cheery in the early morning and late nights, thanks Shaun and Earon Brighton mich

Moved to Brighton in the summer and this is the slowest Tim Hortons ive ever experienced. I usually avoid on my way to work because Ive been stuck in the drive thru for 15+ min before. Orders are constantly messed up and they cant get the coffee ratios correct. Went there this morning for two medium coffees, when we got home one was half full. Its not that hard!

They say they are 24 hours but then I go into the drive through and there is a sign. "Sorry were not open come back at 6:00-9:00" Also you dont know till you get there because I was just there yeasterday at 5:30 ish and they were open, and I can only emagine what it would feel like if you were driving out of your way!!!!!!

I work at the Tim Hortons in Hartland and I have found that multiple times when I go to the one in Brighton I ALWAYS get a french vanilla cappuccino that is pure water. I am very disappointed in the store seeing as it has happened to me at least five times.

I love Tim Hortons in Brighton! I havent found many Tim Hortons that dont hold up to a high level of service and this Tim Hortons is very much true to that! They have excellent food, great service and the restaurant is always clean and well kept.

They have fast service and the coffee is generally pretty fresh tasting. They have a very good location its easy to get to and is in the same parking lot as a gas station (which has been handy several times on my way to work)
