This is the worst customer service I have ever received. Never being here I asked if they had a signature dish being excited about trying a new dish and a farm to table restaurant (my favorite), especially one non-traditional American inspired. When I asked the chef who is also serving she looked me in the eye and walked away with no response. I waited 10 minutes to see if she would come back. Once the clock hit exactly 10 minutes I walked to the counter to order something to go instead. Take note there are only 3 of us in the cafe at the time. Take note Two customers are already served and I am currently waiting for my order to be taken. Once I get to the counter the same chef informs me she will come take my order in a minute. I inform her I would like to place an order to go since there is no need. She takes my order and I wait. Once I receive my order and walk out I look in the bag to see I only have half of it. Upon returning she informs me I "dont need the other order and did not really order that. I only ordered one thing." Yet I asked for two different orders and confirmed that with her. I take a moment and say thanks and walk away. I bite into my falafel and there is only a pita with romain lettuce and mayo. Uh uh. No Maam. Do not be rude and then give me trash to eat and charge me for two meals. Bottom line, go to "Bistro Chastain Park." They were awesome.

They are so rude! Im not sure if it is due to my race, but I have never seen such hasty service. First of all if you want your business to grow you need to have great customer service skills, be able to understand that everyone does not know the correct pronunciation of the items on the menu. You should not basically yell at the that they should write it down. It is not the customers fault that your menu is not the same as on the website, it shows that you are not growing with the technology era. The tall man, I guess he is the manager should not be a manager if he is going to be rude to the customers the way he was rude to me. I know for a fact thatI will never eat here nor pick food up from here again. If I could I would give them zero stars.

I had never had a falafel until a friend of mine took me to Cafe Posh several years ago and wow are they good ! Im no vegan, since I love a good steak but Simona and Shimons falafels are to die for. I know the owners names now and I keeping coming back for more since I now consider them good friends and their food is awesome ! Everything that is served at Cafe Posh is fresh and delicious. Try their Walnut/Grape chicken salad, its as good as any chicken salad in town and better than most. Their tomato basil soup as well as other great soups are an excellent addition to your lunch or dinner. Great salads, breakfast items and wonderful coffee make Cafe Posh the place to be if you are a foodie.

I have to disagree with the one star reviewer. Cafe posh has fresh food with many choices on their menu. They have a 100 on their inspection. I have never had a falafel there just because I dont like them in general but they always have vegetarian and vegan foods and they never get my orders wrong ( I always make big orders since all my friends order there). The husband and wife that work there are very friendly and they have a large variety of drinks beyond your typical coke, sprite, coffee whatever. Also, They are the only place around here that serve fresh avocados and bean sprouts on their salads and sandwiches.

I mostly enjoyed my to-go meal. It was light and filling. The first bite of my Tunisian tuna salad was really good! The bad is the first bite is better than the following bites. The salad had fresh tuna and lettuce, and the green olives, lemon, cucumbers, and capers gave the salad a nice zest. There was an unexpected mild spice to the dressing. I was expecting different and more. When I finished, the salad left a bitter aftertaste but it was not extremely unpleasant. Overall, my experience was satisfying. The combination of ingredients was pleasing. Id return.

This is a hidden gem! I met the owner who had a wonderful personality and disposition, she invited me to visit the cafe so I agreed. I have been back on several occasions for this fresh hot food which is very satisfying. Ive had the tuna sandwich which has perserved lemons, the lamb sandwich which has this amazing mayo, the falafel is the freshest and best Ive had in a pita, the homemade tomato basil soup is delish, be sure to try the cookies and the turkey chilli theres not much I wont try at Cafe Posh. Simona and Shimon are the owners and are Great people.

Incredibly rude. My presence wasnt even acknowledged as I stood in the doorway, even after I kindly said "hello". Completely ignored. The place wasnt even busy. No one greeted or instructed me where to go, so I asked "may I just sit at one of those tables?" The lady finally makes eye contact and, very annoyed, responds "I will seat you in a minute." Again, there were 2 tables actually occupied in the entire place. Whats with the attitude? Unnecessary. Gladly taking my $ elsewhere. Its just coffee & sandwiches.

Recommend diversity and customer service training. We as a community need to hold these businesses accountable for profiling, judging & discriminating based on race, gender & sexual orientation. I have worked in customer service as a trainer, front line teammate and management for over twenty years. If I could make a suggestion: When someone comes into your establishment for any reason, being cordial, welcoming, nice would help. You NEVER know who youre speaking to! :-)

My wife and I had a great experience going to Cafe Posh. We were greeted by the woman who I thought was the owner. She was very helpful in suggesting things, and was very attentive. We had the Lamb sandwich, and the Roast Beef sandwich. Both were very good, but the lamb was awesome. The menu reminded me a lot of Alons, but it was more of a restaurant atmosphere instead of a over the counter service. When we left the woman waved to us good bye. I really enjoyed it.

I love this place. Its a small cafe next to Kroger and I used to go there frequently when I lived across the street. Ive moved out of Georgia, but its still a "must go" place when I come back to visit my parents. The food is always made with fresh, natural, organic products and you can taste it. I highly recommend my usual; Tuna Melt, tomato bisque, and chai latte.

It is such a shame what an attitude the owner has. She is cold, aggressive, and plain rude. The place is understaffed, and you have to wait a while to get a drink, a while to get a menu, a while to get your check. The food, however, is fresh and tasty. As I said, it is a shame the owner has such an attitude. Many other options on Roswell Road to spend your $.
