UPDATE! I owe Bagel Boy Cafe a huge apology. I accidentally posted my bad review to their site & I am very sorry. The place I had the bad experience with is Brooklyn Bagel Bakery, NOT Bagel Boy Cafe. I have never visited Bagel Boy Cafe, but will do so very soon. Again, please accept my apology for an incorrectly placed negative review. The below review is in reference to a recent visit to Brooklyn Bagel Bakery, not Bagel Boy Cafe! "Their bagels are good. But, let me describe their ruben. You need a microscope to find the meat. They are so cheap, that they served a sliver of a pickle, and their coleslaw was dry. Yes, dry coleslaw. Can you believe it?"

Love the employees there, one afternoon at 2:30 pm on a Sat, they had already closed but she made me a smoothie anyway. I do go into store about 3 times a week, but she didnt have to make for me and she did anyway and I was really craving a strawberry smoothie and am very thankful for her going up and above...that my dear is how you keep folks happy for slackers like me and not realizing the time. Wanted the world to know that is great customer service every time I go, but today was super. Thanks guys for doing all you do.

Fresh baked bagels. Mmm . Super nice staff and owner. On my first visit I misunderstood the menu and how to order and wanted to make a suggestion after my purchase. Staff member proactively asked manager to come out and speak with me. John, the owner of both Alpharetta locations greeted me with a smile and proceeded to show me the ropes in ordering like regular, as well as pointed out a few things in the store. Thanks for taking the extra time. I would definitely recommend and return!

I always get the Lox bagel platter. Always tastes delicious and comes prepared, and not with all of the ingredients on the side as some other local establishments do (which sucks when it comes on the side BTW; Lox fingers!!!). My wife is a fan of the lattes too. Kids are always happy with the muffins or bagels. Recommend.

What a great surprise near the Costco in Sandy Springs. I love the open floor plan of this new Bagel Boys restaurant! All of the big windows facing out into the greenspace really did it for me. The staff were fast and friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be there. All around great experience. : ) : )

"Would you like some chicken salad with your lettuce wrap?" Dont know what happened to my favorite balsamic chicken salad wrap --very little chicken, all in the middle, lots of lettuce both ends, and no balsamic for $8 (and the sides have shrunk). Not worth it. Changed a lot since they first opened.

Waited 25 min for 2 bagels and still didnt get what I asked for. Good idea to staff 1 person to make bagels on Labor Day - who knew with everyone off, that people would go out for breakfast?! I give the manager/owner an F for being incompetent - I suggest visiting Einsteins and taking lessons.

one of the few places I will get up early for. They have great bagels, but they are even better when still warm. The owners are friendly and there is obviously a serious focus on customer service. They cost a little bit more, but well worth the cost.

Absolutely love this place. Food is incredible, service is outstanding, ambience is great, facilities are super clean and prices are just right! Will definitely be eating at Bagel Boys a lot! If you havent been, you are absolutely missing out!

My first visit to Bagel Boy for lunch and it was great. I had the half/half sandwich(Turkey Club Panini) and soup combo(Tomatoe Veg). It also comes with really good bagel chips. Ill be returning for frequent lunches.

Great place, location and bagels. John is a great guy and always looks to take care of his customers. The cheddar bagel is ridiculously good and the southwest breakfast burrito is definitely a go-to.

I wonder if they have a new baker or supplier. The bagels were so much better than the last time I went there. Loved the French toast bagel with peanut butter. Im sure Ill be back.

Of all the local bagel chains, this is my favorite...which isnt saying much. They have some decent, affordable breakfast options which are hard to beat though...
