Where can you get: a weekend bite to eat; Moon Taxi concert; girls night out; yoga class; or a lunch date with a co-worker? These are all experiences I have had at Big Sky Buckhead and to top it off, their food is amazing! My favorite thing to get is the Far East Guacamole! With wasabi and pickled ginger mixed in, this flavor will leaving you wanting more and make regular texmex quac seem so boring. Not to mention, they have FRESH DONUTS.. come on who doesnt love a fresh donut! They are made with Big Skys legendary coconut bread. If you are leaning more towards a savory taste but still want to try the coconut bread...dont worry...try one of their steamed coconut bun sandwichs! Big Sky also offers a great partial outside patio experience. The bar is covered and divides two outside patios. This adds to the outdoorsy mountain lodge feel that the rest of the decor creates. Living in Charleston, SC for a year, I always looks for a relaxing outdoor place to grab food and drinks...Big Sky has become my go to spot in Buckhead.

I dont think the owner knows this, I dont think that he knows that the guy up front who wouldnt give me his name was declining people to enter the bar , I got two words for it : lame and ignorant. He declined our entrance based on our dark denim. And The pretty hot girl behind me because her license was international and he couldnt verify, then the guy right behind her because His jeans Had holes on it ( like the current Trent is not holes in your jeans ) Like really? This jeans probably cost more than what would you make tonight. The amount of money that me And my 9 friends were going to spend tonigh is more then what the owner is spending is his salary. We were going out to have a good time and this place totally ruins the night. If you didnt carefully go over your attire before going to this place, dont waste your time.. Dont go to big sky, there is plenty of bars out there that would be happy to let you spend your money and have a good time there !

I love the idea of this mountain lodge escape of a bar in the middle of Buckhead, but its far too cramped and pretentious to break into my list of top Buckhead bars. The few times that I have been there, the line to get upstairs makes for about a 10 minute wait. The view up there is pretty decent, but hard to appreciate through the throngs of people. They have a bunch of TVs around the bars both downstairs and upstairs, so they are well equipped to show all of the hot sports games I wouldnt choose it for my main hang spot, or for my go-to trivia joint, but I dont hate it. I know that I am always in for a crowded bar with some entertainment thrown into the mix. Oh and they get an extra star for having mini solo cups for shots...magical.

I went here for a World Cup viewing party and LOVED it! They had a great atmosphere. I sat at the bar upstairs, which completely opens up, so its like youre outside. We ordered some finger foods while the game was going on. Delicious. Their wings are some of the best in the city. Now, it was packed in there. Shoulder to shoulder, packed. Yet, the servers still found a way to make sure you received your food and drinks on time. I love this establishment. I just wish they had a better parking situation.

They discriminate so prepare yourself. If they deem you unworthy to enter their establishment you will be denied entry. Had a friend denied due to him wearing an earring and once he took it out to abide by their manufactured rules, he was still denied because they knew he had it on him and could possibly put it back on once inside. All in all, it left a bad taste in my mouth and I could not handle such idiotic basis of judgement by their security.

Big Sky Buckhead is a two-level establishment with a nice, big outdoor patio on the upper level. The menu is very simple, but well executed. The coconut buns are delicious. The pork belly coconut buns are my favorite. The drink menu is pretty standard and the bar is well stocked, but nothing particularly spectacular. The large, open space makes it a great place for meeting with large groups, perhaps for networking events or special celebrations.

Cool place for late nights in Buckhead, decent food, very hard to enter/door requirements change if youre a person of color and especially male. Experienced that multiple times. Better places to spend your time & money at if youre looking for a good night & to be treated normal, but not bad as a last resort as bars/clubs close or to pop in for a decent brunch

Large bar with a lot of space to move around. Both downstairs and upstairs have a large island style bar with drink access around all sides. The balcony looks out to the street, decent view. Drink prices are what you would expect, aka pretty reasonable. Great place to go on weekends to find a large crowd to be around

The worst brunch food. Food was cold. We were the only ones there and yet it took 45 minutes to get eggs and biscuit. It was cold!! The only thing good is the bloody mary. They also have bottomless mimosas on sunday but so does flying biscuit and another broken egg. Their food is better too.

Good service and decent drink prices. It is frequently used as a stop for Buckhead pub crawls so it can get super packed real quick. I like going up to the second floor and looking out over the city at night. Its a great way to get a great view of Buckhead at night and have a relaxing drink.

Im always a little bitter when a lot has a sign for restaurant parking, but then you end up having to pay $5 to park there. Service was fine and food tasted good, but my steak was definitely not Medium. Also, who serves brunch but has no coffee???

Great bar if you like flip flops, crokies, visors and the like. If you are here, you know what you are getting into. If you just moved here from Athens, you will fit right in. If you dont enjoy flip cup or Jason Mraz, run for the door.

Went on a Saturday night with a few friends to have a good time, got denied access due to my shirt, and was told to go back to Mexico. Great way to drive sales or people into your business, will never step a foot in this place.

Best brunch in Atlanta! Good drink options. Friendly staff. They always have fun events and music. Recently had dinner there, was very impressed! Bacon shrimp appetizer was amazing and BBQ tacos were very flavorful.

This place was fun for pregaming. I went on a Saturday and it was pretty busy. They played good music, but it was just not energetic enough for me.
