The reason why I gave a poor rating is because of how the manager spoke to his employee. I had already told him that my order was being fixed. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich and I ended up getting just a chicken salad. I went back to get it fixed. Manager asked me if I was already taken care of and I said yes. He still insisted to know what was wrong with my order after I told him. Went up to the lady that was doing my order and just started rambling about my order. Once again, after she already had it taken care of. He said to her all you had to say is youre making her sandwich. Well she did. And not only that he seemed to assume that she interrupted our conversation when all the manager asked is what I ordered and she said shes getting the order ready. There was no need to even talk to one of your employees like that, especially in front of customers. Remember, your employees smile keeps customers coming back.

BEWARE: they INTENTIONALLY overcharge people who are unsuspecting. What a disappointment after going here for years. Watch out: they overcharge in little bits. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and noticed the manager charged me for a bagel with nova spread. $1 more. I asked why, and he told me prices are "at his discretion." I asked for a copy of the receipt and suddenly he "could not find it". SCAM. How many people are they overcharging by a dollar here and a dollar there? WATCH OUT and DO NOT FALL INTO THE TRAP OF OVERPAYING. I will be notifying the Better Business Bureau and GA Consumer Protections. Hopefully that will stop this cheating practice. Half of the customers of this place are YOUNG CHILDREN who are being RIPPED OFF without any knowledge. Management prays on unsuspecting customers. Go elsewhere, the bagels arent worth the thievery.

I eat here 2-5 times a week. Sometimes twice a day, breakfast and lunch. My go to breakfast item is the everything bagel with cream cheese and extra butter. Alan and one of his cooks have even gone as far as to name my bagel the clogger, (arteries) which I think is pretty funny. Lunch, I always get the New York 3 Way. Its probably one of the best sandwiches Ive ever had. If you go here and dont like what ordered or dont think that these folks are the friendliest, then I have to say that something might just be a little off in your brain, cause this place is awesome and so are the people behind the counter!!

the idea is great, but the service is horrible all the way up to the manager. its disheartening to go to an establishment where they get your order wrong (you drive all the way back) only to be met with disrespect and attitude as if you made the error. cashier, both women cooks and the older gentlemen whom i believe is the manager all need a class in restaurant "etiquette." ive been there at least a dozen times with at least 7 bad experiences, i know, shame on me!!!!!

The last time I came here, I wasnt that impressed, really. This time, I had the Prospect scrambler and a cheese bagel. It was surprisingly good. It came with some potato salad and cole slaw, both which I enjoyed. The bagel was nice and chewy with the cheese baked over the whole thing. Great with scallion cream cheese. Starbucks is next door so I dont know if I would recommend the coffee. Its free refills though. :)

Best place to eat in the history of ever!! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and I always see people I know here! The breakfast items are so good and not a lot of people order sandwiches here but I do and I recommend every single thing on the menu! Everything is made fresh and honestly every single meal Ive ordered here has been perfection!

Went around 10/10:30 and they were already out of everything I went for. Bought a dozen bagels that all seemed to have been leftovers from days prior. They were almost as hard as rocks and didnt taste very good either. The cherry on top was the girl who attended me with attitude and her "I dont care to be here" facial expressions.

I am a die-hard bagel lover. I am new to the area and have been searching for a place where I can get amazing bagels like the ones I had up north. And I can happily say I have found it here. Amazing bagels, great atmosphere, friendly staff, and fast service. Thanks for making my first experience so great! Will definitely be back.

Their bagels are fine. The egg sandwich bagels are not so satisfying as Ive eaten in NJ. BEWARE! THE CHOCOLATE CROISSANTS ARE NOT CROISSANTS! They are basically rolled bread stuffed with chocolate with some fly paper in the outside to make it look like a croissant. They have a jalapeño bagel and jalapeño cream cheese.

Their bagels are the best this side of Brooklyn, NY. My wife and I eat here weekly for breakfast without fail. The quality is superior and the service is excellent. If you read bad reviews about this place that are 3+ years old, theyre out of date as the new ownership has completely turned things around.

This is a great location for amazing fresh bagels and sandwiches. I get the bacon egg and cheese with avocado on an everything bagel and its delicious!! The line is so long on Sunday mornings but it is worth the wait for the delicious food, plus they have lots of outdoor seating!

Its like im in NY. The bagels are delish and the service is quick. Alan the owner is incredibly friendly. My favorite food item is the potato pancakes. OMG its like a grandmother from the old country made them. Now as Im thinking of them, think Ill get some tomorrow. YUMMMM

I love a good bagel shop. This place has in house bagels but so much more. The prices are reasonable, the food delicious and made fresh, and I like that it has the original feel of a local hole in the wall hidden away place. Definitely returning even though its a bit of a drive.

Its a slice of New York in Johns Creek. Youre obviously not going to get bagels as good as New York but youre going to get some very good bagels with fresh ingredients. You can get deli sandwiches, fresh pickles, black and white cookies. Good stuff.

Alan is the best on earth! The bagels were always good, even before he owned it, but since he has taken over the place has become the best on earth. Every weekend without fail we are there. Theres just nothing not to like about Brooklyn Bagel.

Best bagel and deli in the area! Anyone saying different is being overly picky. The food is awesome, the staff is amazing, and the service is impeccable. I seriously love this place. The crumb cake is easily the best Ive ever had.
