First time ever shipping here, actually just stopped to get a sub from the deli, and DJ have the WORST service Ive ever had at a Publix. She was rude, made me repeat myself several times, then rushed me to finish my sentences because she couldnt remember what I said, AND THEN she charged my girlfriend for a whole sub, though she got a half. The extra stars comes from the very nice cashier and woman at customer service whom fixed our issue. The problem, we wont ever go to this location again.

Overall good but need to have more than one buggy return station in the parking lot. Its really ridiculous to serve a large area such as this and have one buggy station. I see so many buggies sitting in the lot simply because people are parked too far and dont want to walk all the way over to return the buggy.

My wife and I are moving and on multiple occasions we have both brought up how much we are going to miss being near "our" Publix on North Decatur Rd. We are going to miss the great food and staff and hope A publix will be opening near our new house very soon:-)

This place is so horrible, the store is small. The parking lot is so small I waited 1 hr to get a parking spot. The staff are annoying & hot helpful. The staff belong in a zoo. I hate it and never going back.

Always fresh veggies good selection of meats. A bit high on certain staple items and I just noticed another increase. You pay a bit ore here than Kroger or Walmart but again quality is so much better.

Staff at the food place are nice but super slow..it took her 40 minutes to make a sandwich only..if they reading it I wanted a sandwich not a separate bread with toppings wrapped on the sides.

Overall good grocery store. They usually dont have long lines. Easy to find what you need. Helpful associates. Would recommend visiting if you are in the Emory area.

Half the self-checkout lanes are always closed and the lines are always long. Employees seem always on island time too, albeit fairly nice.
