The negative customer service reviews mustve been talking about Savanah at the front counter. First time she didnt know anything about the food or product descriptions, and said "Oh I dont eat the food here." Second time today she was short with other customer questions, then she roles her eyes when I ask what is Frontina. I told her if I was manager, I would fire her for her bad attitude toward the food, customers and Panera in general. Food prep ppl were excellent!

The people are always nice and the food is always good; however, when going through the drive-thru it is unusual for the order (for 3-4 people) to be correct. Drink missing, wrong bread, no bread, wrong sandwich, wrong soup. It has almost become a joke in the office - whats wrong today? Since the line is so long you dont want to take time to dig through the bag but rather trust those providing the food to check the order before handing it out the window.

Great chick-food, but they even have stuff dudes like! Service speed is good; Employees are helpful to tell you what is on the different salads and sandwiches. I always get some cheddar broccoli soup. For breakfast, dont pass up the soufflés. Fantastic! Sometimes the prices feel a little high. Theres no "value" section of the menu. If it didnt always cost me $20+ for two people, Id throw 5 stars.

I love Paneras however this location would better serve the community as a parking lot. Todays visit was especially painful as we were forced to listen to one employee berate another,like my son pointed out....the customer is not being served if the employees are talking at each and not to each other. The Mangemental and some other sitting on there assets apparently immune to this annoyance.

This is the worst Panera Bread Ive ever been to. Weve even been there when they ran out of bread to go with your meal. Really? Panera "Bread" ran out of bread? On a recent visit, the broccoli cheddar soup was very runny and didnt taste right. Ive always found consistency at the other locations, but something is not right at this one. Hopefully, someone will look into this soon.

Odd experience of late with French Onion soup. . . cheese sinks and does not melt. . . as if imitation cheese. Called the restaurant and assured that it was not imitation, but it is a blend. . . still good but I try to stay away from anything that is artificial and we were told that they now charge for bread to dip in your soup; that stinks.

Hooked on their broccoli and cheese soup and Greek salad. I also love to buy their bread and make bread bowels and soup at home. Pick two is my favorite way to order off the menu. Its just the right size. Healthier eating than fast food. So glad we finally have somewhere to eat. Besides fast food in our little sleepy town

I will never be a traitor to Paneras they are my favorite I love their bacon turkey Bravo sandwich and their house salad you got to try it its awesome and I also love their soup bowls and their prices are reasonable and they give you great portions it is a must-try if youve never tried printers

Worst panera. Never have any souffles. Never put creamcheese on even in drivethru. Not good drinks like the other Paneras. Grumpy staff. Even if you show up a half hour before breakfast ends they wont make you breakfast. Worth driving to lutz for a better experience.

Brian, CD, and the Panera gang in Zephyrhills are always professional, friendly, and courteous. They serve fantastic food, which is fresh all the time. Service is great and the restaurant is always clean. This is one of her favorite places.

The food is okay but most of the menu is overpriced. Twice we have ordered through the drive-thru and our orders were missing items. This is not my favorite place to eat but there are limited selections in Zephyrhills, FL.
