Mondays has $5 steaks (sounds gross, actually great) if you buy two beers, great way to make a meal out of a bar trip. Comes with a salad and grilled roll, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the meal. 69 beers on tap, really around 60 because the other 9 are all domestics, beer snobs rejoice. Pool tables are all available and ample bar space for the college crowd, highly recommend if youre in town or want a nice scene to hang out in and drink

Best bar in Akron! Ive been meeting my friends at 69 Taps at least once a week for the last two years. The selection of beer is fantastic, the service is great, and the food is very well priced. $2 for a big burger and chips? you cant beat that at any bar in town. Personally, I think steak nights on Monday are the best but they have different special every night which is nice... They also have pool tables and darts if thats your thing.

Not typically busy, sadly, however its a nice little place to grab a drink and shoot some billiards with friends! Sample a couple beers and find the one you like, feeling cider? try the down east, my fiance loves it. I myself stick to ol Reds Cease and Assist. Havent had the food yet but keep in mind theyre more known for the beer. Not worth taking a star off given the great service Ive always been given!

There is a lot of craft beer to choose from, but I dont think they get enough business to burn through kegs. Stick to popular beers if you dont want something old or possibly skunky. There is never anyone here when its cold. Its a nice, large place that isnt too loud. They have huge Jenga and Connect 4, which is always fun.

This place is terrible. Went there and wanted to get some food with our beer. Took two hours to get half of the dishes we ordered and walked out because when we mentioned it to the bartender she hadnt even started the orders yet. DONT GO! She wouldnt even give us a refund. Worst experience I have ever had in a bar.

Its a Monday night and keri (bartender) is an absolute hoot! An intellegent conversation is yours for the enjoyment, she is very personable and fun! The beer is cold, specials abound, and fun times are at your disposal. Pool, darts and video games are a given. If you have a bad Monday in this place its your fault!

The beer was awesome! The food, however, was terrible. Literally EVERYTHING is cooked in the microwave...I watched them doing it. I got chicken tenders and onion rings and both were soggy due to the microwaving rather than frying like they are supposed to be. Never ordering food here again!!!!

Love this place. Was a staple in college, and now is a good Monday night steak joint to shake off the case of the Mondays. Nothing fancy, but I dont know anywhere in Akron that has 69 beers on tap. Bathrooms are dirty is the only major complaint I can think of. They run specials all week.

Kill-a-keg = $5 pitchers of craft beer. Go there, ask for the list, and thoroughly enjoy yourself without racking up an extraordinary tab. Theres a full bar, booths, pool tables, and a patio (sometimes with cornhole boards) - a variety of options for parties of various compositions.

It is great! 200% 69 beers to try and mixed drinks are great Nightly food specials are good for the Price. There is always 2$ or 2.5$ beer of the month (and there is variety not just Miller light). And fancybeer for 4$. Staff is good, great place for a drink after a long day.

The selection is good, although I am a snob and dont think Miller lite and bud light should count as 2 of the 69. That said its a decent bar. Couple bar games and decent atmosphere.
