Weve been to this location twice and twice theyve made a lasting impression. The first night there was a woman training another and she would not tell her she was doing something wrong until afterwards, being rather rude about it all the while, so our broccoli cheddar soup took 3 tries to get right. When my husband went to grab the order, the lady training the other girl snapped at him, asking if this was really his order. And then they forgot the baguette. The next day we went again because I was craving some soup and I had gotten a coupon in my email the day before. Long story short, they said the coupon didnt exist in their system even though I had the email, even though my husband had been there the day before and was told it was available. So the manager got involved and begrudgingly took the discount off, the whole time acting like we were the lowest scumbags to ask for it. I havent felt this pissed about an establishment in a long, long time but that manager is tactless and seems to not manage at all.

Terrible! Experience ,girl sweeping the floors so rough dust getting on people food,I told the girl when i got in, stop doing that but she din t care at all!!,no apology,eider,she kep going. Manager din t care eider,my friend order the food,but i wasnt to crazy about it,after seen what that girl was,doing. after my friend order,we when to get the food and it was nasty! How flys was hovering around the food,standing on top of it. My friend said,what s its with the,flys? The girl behind the counter said i am sorry! But that was all,she didnt try to get rid of it. Do you know fly s deposit some nasty ! Magets,to de food who can transmit lots of deadly deasceases can make you very!! sick. Also this place its way to Spence.Go to Cheddars Restaurant,much quality good!! food at Cheddar s better services,clean too. In Panera,Bread my friend spend $19.89 for half sandwich,,each,and 1 cup of soup for her,and 1 coffee .Awful! !!,no drink for her,no water for her eider

So, yes, I love the food, but this review isnt about food. Its about..Math Errors??!! What?? ... take a look at your receipt when you go to this Panera Bread. Look at the first receipt you get, then compare the tax to the second receipt. You will see, (in my case 2 cents) and depending on the total, pennies difference in the add of the tax - In the companys favor. Ya, I know two cents isnt much, but imagine...everyone that visits Panera Bread, donating pennies. It adds up. I wouldnt write this except, I did alert the management twice back in Sept 2015, and then again Oct 2015, and then again in Jan 2016. Shes tried..several times also to alert her management. They told her it was a rounding error? Really rouding 2 cents at a time? Hmm.. Or maybe an IT error...Hmm.. I have pictures of the receipts, but cant figure how to post them in this review. Thought you might like to know.

I always love Panera breakfast but had a terrible experience last Saturday (11/14/15). I ordered breakfast sandwiches, bagels and couple of cheese souffle. I had all of my order ready and waiting on cheese souffle since they were still in oven. Here I am waiting for my order and no one brings souffle to me until I see one other customer (long after me) comes and ask for the same and they bring it from Kitchen. I talk to manager and and her reply was, oh we are out of them. I was just furious. What kind of customer service is this? No apology and bad service. I hope they do realize that there are other breakfast places around. Specially if they dont care for regular customers, I dont mind taking my business somewhere else. All I wanted was a confession of wrong doing apology.

My husband and I are older retired ( Military) and allow ourselves the "luxury" of visiting this Panera location occasionally. In the morning hours, its always efficient, clean, associates are friendly and helpful. This afternoon my husband treated me to a visit to Panera. It was so disappointing. No Hazelnut coffee. When I mentioned it to an employee they said it would be brewed right away. I ate half a cinnamon roll and half a brownie and no coffee. My husband questioned it and one of the servers poured a cup for me. It had coffee grounds floating on the top. The Half & Half decanter was empty and messy, as were the tables. We wont be visiting in the afternoon anymore. Only mornings. A bad experience.

This Panera location has some of the best customer service we have ever encountered. We had a family situation and had a catering order sent to us at the facility we were at that got mixed up. Vicky reached out to us and was just wonderful. She was so empathetic of our situation during a difficult time, and accommodating to make sure all was resolved. We didnt ask for anything and didnt even complain, but she took the initiative to reach out, even after not being able to get through to us the first couple of attempts. What a great company, and kudos to Vicky (and her staff) for her thoughtfulness and the wonderful customer service!

Breads and cookies are wonderful. I only like one soup though - the cream of chicken with wild rice. Prices are way too high to vo regularly. Place is pretty clean although a more regular sweeping up of crumbs could help improve the cleanliness feel. Staff is friendly. Online orders are placed where anyone could just grab and go. Not sure thats such a good idea. Also online menu doesnt always reflect currently available items such as cookies. Have had an online cookie order not be filled but didnt know until I wasted a trip and 30 minutes because of that lil detail.

That is the worst value Ive ever seen and Ive seen quite a few. I went there with my 6 y.o. son and was pretty happy to see "kids menu". You know what you are going to get for 4.99? A handfull of cheap macaroni, and I mean kids handful. He could hardly eat that garbage and was hungry of course. I still dont belive it - I thought it was a bad dream. The value of this place is barefaced impudence. You must be totally insane to go there to eat - paying neary $5 for the cheap soup you can get in other places for $1.50 and better quality.

My son turned me on to Panera. I am so happy that he did. The food is very fresh and very tasty. Everything is natural so i dont have to worry about artificial sweeteners. This store is always clean and the staff is very polite. A very well run store. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is that some of the prices are a bit steep but i gather that is because they are all natural and nowadays that always cost more. I highly recommend this place. Very very good!!!!!!!

I had a very very bad experience, I got a hair on my plate when the girl handed me it. I informed her. She got another sandwich, and put it on the same plate. I told her. Can you please put it on a new plate. She said. Oh. Like really. Then I went back the other day and got a breakfast sandwich. Why was there dried up green stuff on the sides of my sandwich, just very bad experience at the Lancaster County fruitville pike location
