Just read the review by Jen. The lady does not know what she is talking about. I have been going to Lavender n Lace for years and rate it amongst the best places to eat in Florida. The place itself is stylish and elegant and from the moment you step in you are transported back to a time that had a simplicity and beauty of its own. The staff is friendly and helpful and the owners make you feel like very special family. The food is EXCELLENT and the selection, though not too large, is tastefully chosen and well prepared. On the whole going to lavender n Lace is an extremely pleasant experience, one that I hope to repeat for years to come.

Wonderful Tea Room - great find! Victorian charm, intimate and quaint. Excellent service, food and teas! Loved the fresh baked scones and desserts! Great place to get together with girlfriends, sisters, daughters or mom/aunts and spend an entire afternoon soaking in the tea room charm, ambiance, bakery and gift shop finds. For bigger groups, Id do the High Tea! Ive been to dozens of tea rooms in N. America and UK, and this is one of my favorites! Highly recommended from a Tea Room lover!

Great service in a beautiful location. It is a pretty pricey, though. Tea is good, but it is almost all flavored or herbal teas. No oolongs, plain greens, or other basic tea types, which was kinda a bummer for me. I tried their jasmine and English breakfast, which were both very good. Its best if you try to drink most of your tea first because there is no way to prevent oversteeping by taking the tea out. It was a very lovely experience and a great trip with my family.

My daughter & I love this place. Its such a perfect "girls day" Tea Room experience. You feel a sense of yesteryear with the vintage floral decor. The gardens outside are peaceful, just a one of a kind hidden gem. They have nice selection of both hot and iced tea. The atmosphere is peaceful. The chicken curry is delicious and the desserts are heavenly!

Magical countryside home-y enviorment with very fresh food, and owners/staff that make evey guest feel like an honored family member. Lavender and lace tea room is truly an expirience every person owes to themself to check out. Between the charm of both the staff and this quaint little tea room you will be enchanted to come back for more.

Amazing one of a kind food. Beautiful seating arrangements especially out in the sunroom. I always get the chicken pasta special which has curry and fresh vegetables. The little biscuits are amazing...I wish I could make them myself. The staff is so friendly and hardworking. I always look forward to eating here when I visited family.

Always a great visit. Peaceful relaxed atmosphere, efficient service and great food. I had a bean salad and French silk pie. Both good. I was here with a church ladies group for mothers day. Some were here for the first time. Our pastors wife had special dietary needs that our waitress did a good job of addressing.

Drove past today and decided to turnaround, glad we did. What a quaint place, a typical tea room. Lovely staff, service great and great food. My husbands beef sandwich is the best he has had since moving here from England so we have tasted many tea rooms in our lives. This is very authentic and will return.

It was very crowded when we arrived on Friday lunch time, so reservations are suggested. It was very cute inside, menu items all looked great, got the cottage pie, was delicious. Will definitely go back.

Loved it!!! The food and the service were amazing. The courtyard is beautiful a perfect place for a special occasion. Looking forward to going back well worth the 50 minute drive.
