We feel highly disrespected by this place. This was our fourth time and last. To get to the point. We asked do you have passion fruit smoothie? The Spanish girl said yes, came to find out when it was too late no there isnt passion fruit smoothie, why couldnt they just tell the truth in the beginning? My husband requested for small/medium drinks, they gave us large and charged us for it. Again, why couldnt they just tell us they ran out of small/medium cups? Remember this is my fourth time here. The biggest request of all was we did not want seeds!!! They put tons of seeds in both and made a random yogurt smoothie we had not requested. At that point my husband had been there for 15 minutes when there were only two people in the store. No point in arguing with these people. So rude I honestly think they did it in purpose. No apology, no refund, they didnt even offer to fix the mess they created. Too many good places around this is not the end all.

THIS FAMILY OWNED RESTAURANT WILL CLOSE WITHOUT OUR PATRONSHIP!!** Love this little bakery. Donuts and pastries are awesome. So is the green tea shake. I encourage patrons to order and try the boba drinks. I was saddened it was not available because not enough people order them. A batch of giant Pearl tapioca is made for a days supply, and they had to stop preparing it because of waste. Boba drinks are really tasty and is an Asian treat, so please, if enough people request, try and like, it will boost business! You worry find it much anywhere outside of California and other areas with prominent Asian culture.

Great donuts and ice cream! All types of fresh made yummy treats are here. I think you gain 2lbs just walking in the door and smelling the oh so appetizing fragrance of fresh made donuts. Great service, friendly, helpful, and prices are on par. About $8 for 12 donuts. If you want to impress your office staff, bring in a box or more of these sweet treats for breakfast and you will be the hit of the week. Elite Donuts is an all around sweet place to come for breakfast or lunch as they also offer sandwiches.

Donuts were okay, but the service inside was subpar. They were awkward and unfriendly as I did not get any sort of "hello" "welcome" "how can I help you" or "come again". When I got there, the gentleman behind the counter just stood at the register staring at me waiting for me to place the order without saying anything. The female wasnt any better. With DD popping up right next door, Ill be taking my business there most likely. At least Ill get a "hi" and "how can I help you"

This eatery is the more traditional way to get a more natural tasting donut. I love the taste of their pastries which are way better than the ones at Dunkin. The iced coffee is delicious and one of my favorite blends in the area. The boba drinks were not the best but decent. The interior is designed nice but I wouldve reccommended live plants over fake ones. Still I highly reccommend trying this place out if you already havent.

The bad reviews really perplex me. The owners are very kind and these are the best and freshest donuts within about a 20 mile radius. They moved from 301 and Adamo, and I just found this new location about a year ago and was elated. Took out of town family members and they were equally impressed.

The donuts are pretty good but the service on the other hand was not as pleasant, let me just say dont sit there more than 8 minutes because they kicked me and my companions out, there was hardly any customers either. There excuse was plain, talking about how there usual customers like to sit there.

Best donuts ever. I am a DD fan but these blow them out of the water. Everything tastes fresh and doesnt have that plastic taste in the dough. I really hope this place stays in business. Im in Brandon but go here when I can when Im looking for a sweet treat on the weekends.

These donuts are the best I have ever tasted! FAR BETTER than Dunkin Donuts crap. These donuts are freshly-made every day, and you can tell that they use quality ingredients just by tasting them. Be sure to get there early because they go by fast!

Nice selection of donuts, but dont look for a modern, bright, happy place; this is just an old, kinda run-down donut shop. Server-owner? says "can I help you" and "thanks"...gives you your order, and your on your way.

Best donut Ive ever had and Ive tried them LA, NYC, and others. Small town rare finde. Very pleased. Sandwiches are great, affordable, and a 1/2 dozen is the best thing you can do for yourself for $6

This place is so good. Got a mango smoothie and a ham, egg and cheese sandwich. It was made quickly even though they were busy. They have a good selection of donuts too.
