We go here often. They have an excellent chicken sandwich, plus their chicken strips are good. We usually have a slice of cheese added to sandwiches. That option is not obvious on the menu, but it is something they do. Nice selection of sauces. Fries are OK, usually order them w/ no salt if I order them at all. Limited time offered fried zucchini sticks were good. I had a recent addition to the menu, a bowl. It was OK, but the roasted broccoli was awful. Tasted like raw broccoli that was run through high heat to broil. I expected something at least par boiled, then broiled so as to be cooked. I love their cookies (especially the oatmeal one, which is on the soft side). Staff are super friendly. I like the atmosphere, plus the unique hand wash sink w/ the Yardleys English Lavender soap. I imagine this costs more than the typical blah soap. That attention to detail & friendly staff make the difference for me! The ketchup dispensers are also a nice addition, much easier than packets. In our at least two dozen times eating at a PDQ, usually at Carrollwood, but also the Waters Ave location (2/3 dine in 1/3 drive through) our order had been wrong three times. They fixed in a pleasant manner

Late night desperation turned into a terrible mistake on our part. We went to go to Zaxbys, which is by waters, but it had closed early due to being Sunday. We have been to PDQs before and had their tenders and fries, which are highly over rated. I personally believe Chick-fill-A , which is right up the road or Zaxbys does a better job with chicken and French fries. We decided this time we would go for their crispy chicken salad. It was the worst salad ever. For warning anyone could make a better salad, the lettuce was just iceberg, Wheres the green? I thought salads were suppose to be green.The carrots looked like that they had dried up and died. The chicken was spicy and cold. The cucumber was extra chunky and was gross. Overall a bland salad, that cost over 6 dollars a piece. and I can barely eat it due being so horrific. Why bother saying you do "freshest chicken tenders, sandwiches, and salads". If they hadnt implied this I would have never ever tried a salad. Do not go there for your fresh salad unless you want to enjoy a tasteless salad.

I have eaten here multiple times and it has been great, however, I have a separate experience aside from their food. A Co-worker of mine ordered food and took it back to the office. His order was wrong, so he called to inform them that his order was wrong and that something might have been out of line with their electronic system so it doesnt happen to anyone else. 10 Minutes later, a PDQ employee from this location hand delivered the correct order to him at work. I havent gone there a ton in the past, but I will 100% be going there more often due to seeing customer service like that. Very Impressed!

I just experienced the best customer service ever by PDQ carrollwood. I went through drive thru, got my food. Half way back to office I realized that I had received the wrong order(and it was half eaten lol).So I called the store, and let them know about the mistake that had taken place. The Manager offered to drive and bring me my correct order.Not only did he bring it to #PorscheofTampa, but he also brought it to my desk. PDQ Carrollwood has the best food and customer service ever.#bestcustomerservice #PDQ

Im giving this place 3 stars based on the atmosphere and the cleanliness or the place. Also the honey chicken was good. I got the "Buffalo" sandwich which was extremely lackluster and wasnt Buffalo at all. The chicken was not really tossed in Buffalo sauce nor was it seasoned well. The fries here were very medicore. For 8 dollars night as well go to Publix or Chick-fil-A. Overall wouldnt come back. Nothing is special about this place from what I ate it for the value.

While this place seems to do a good business, neither myself nor anyone I know particularly likes their chicken or fries. Id pick chick-fil-a, Zaxbys, or even Wendys over this place any day. HOWEVER, their saving grace is milkshake happy hour. Every day from 3pm to 5pm their milkshakes are half price, which makes them insanely cheap compared to any other milkshake option nearby. I find myself going through their drive-thru just to get a milkshake pretty often!

Ordered a family meal through uber eats. They never included our sauces even after it was specifically mentioned in 3 different places! Their salads are SOOOOOOOOO salty its absolutely disgusting. The only thing that you can taste is salt. Their soda also tasted funky and lacked what makes it soda, the carbonation. Its as if there was mold in the ice machine. Complete waste of money!

Shame on you.... Food is very tasty BUT at what health expense?!?! In this day and time when restaurants (like Chick-fil-a and many others) are posting their nutritional values, you have decided thats not important and have failed to do so. You state that you have "healthy options", yet I have no way of knowing that because of your failure. Are you embarrassed to do so??

Went there for the first time since my mom was given a $25 gift card to PDQ. Was skeptical at first since neither of us had ever been there. I was beyond impressed. Food is extremely fresh. Sauces are home made. Employees are courteous and friendly. The inside is very spacious and clean. Would go again.

Great staff, selection of sauces and chicken. Good is fresh and employees friendly. I think chicken tenders are a little over priced. You can save a dollar getting 2 kids meals over the 12 count. Lol Its comparable to Chic Fil a, they have a nice have washing station in the middle of the dining area.

I hadnt been to a PDQ and thought it was just another fast food restaurant. It isnt. Yes, it is fast, but the few items they specialize in are exceptionally good. We have now been several times and the quality has been great every time. Their shakes are some of the best around as well.

My boys absolutely love the honey chicken sandwich. I tried the grilled chicken salad and it was loaded with flavor. The fries are the best. I was really impressed with the quality of the food for a "fast food" restaurant. Its very clean and the service is great too. Definitely try it!

First time eating at PDQ, and I have to say that the chicken tenders were incredible! I was not expecting so much deliciousness from a drive-thru! It was hot and fresh and waiting for me by the time I pulled from the ordering window to the pickup window. Will definitely eat here again!

Very fast service for fine in and drive through. Clean atmosphere, lots of tvs,and love the extra sink basin with a foot pedal to turn on water to wash your hands. Nice to have there for small kids when you dont have to worry about them going to the bathroom to do it.

Service is very friendly, I wish they would calm down on the salt though. My fries were too salty that i couldnt eat them and the breading on the chicken tenders was a bit too salty too. But other then that its pretty good. The milkshakes are very good!!
