This is my review. I had a less than pleasurable experience at this coffee shop. Let me tell you what happened. I ordered two drinks inside where it is a very tight space to maneuver, I paid my total of $6 and left a $1 tip. I went outside and waited for my drinks which came thru the pass thru window. I set up my lap top and noticed the tables were wet, I went back to the window to ask for a towel to dry the table. Its Florida, I dont have a problem with that. After finishing my drink, I went back to the window, saw a sign clearly stating you may order from the window, knock and wait patiently, I noticed it said this was if you had a puppy with you but assumed it in jest. I knocked and waited patiently for the barista to wait on me. He arrived and in a harsh manner, growled at me, "didnt you read the sign?" I stepped back and read it again, this time paying closer attention to the puppy part, I apologized for not noticing this detail. He still refused to serve me. I didnt care to pack up my laptop and put my back pack with bulky camera equipment on again to weave my way back thru the obstacles to get to the ordering counter. I felt he was denigrating me as being beneath him. I also felt that in his mind his reading his book uninterrupted was more important than providing good customer service. I then left and walked around the corner to meet my friend. I pondered this question and mentioned it to her. She walked back over to the coffee shop window and a woman answered stating the obvious- "did you read the sign" and added "what disability do you have that you cant walk up the ramp?" This "server" calmly left. I have spent time living out of a vehicle in service of my country, I personally dont like to be in small places and as someone who is in fact friends with at least a couple of people with actual disabilities I found this to be just wrong. I wont be back.

Nice staff silly policies. Came here for the first time to study for a couple of hours. Bought a cup of coffee and tea for $5 each! The coffee and tea were so sweet it could give you diabetes, not to mention incredibly overpriced for below average drinks. The worst part was when I decided to purchase some to-go sushi and brought it in Felicitous I was told that they did not allow outside food in the cafe regardless if you provided them business. If they wanted to mandate this policy they should at least have the decency to place a sign to notify their customers. To conclude, there is nothing that differentiates Felicitous from an average starbucks; not the prices, atmosphere, and definitely not the policies. Advice: When owning a business in a competitive market you should let your customers do what makes them feel comfortable. In this case, it would be to let me eat my damn sushi with my friend inside the cafe; instead, of eating my sushi outside where swarms of mosquitos are draining my blood. Will not be coming here ever again TONS of other places.

I recently posted a much longer review on facebook, as google has stricter word limits on reviews. The short, Ive been systematically sexually harassed and verbally abused by the manager, Brittany, and the owner, Rani Chehal, did nothing about it, and in fact has effectively blamed me for my own harassment. If you would like to read a more detailed account of the terrible treatment I received, check their facebook reviews, and read the one that I posted. Its a nice place, but Brittany is an emotionally unstable individual that can put on a nice face when she wants to. She is allowed to selectively treat some guests with respect, and others with wanton disrespect. Over the years, Ive spent several thousands of dollars here, brought numerous new customers and regulars; and in return, Mrs. Chehal has sanctioned her managers sexual harassment and verbal abuse towards me because I turned down her overly aggressive advances. Nice place, cool furniture.

I visit Felicitous a few times a week to study and hang out. All in all a pretty positive place. It feels very homey, the staff is really friendly and the customers are friendlier. They showcase local art here and change it out bi-monthly. Open mic nights are pretty cool, too. My only gripe is with their pricing. Any item that isnt a basic cup of coffee is much too expensive for what it is, in my opinion. If Im looking to buy food, I just go to one of the take out places nearby instead and just eat it outside. Although I still highly recommend this place for its atmosphere and vibe. Its unusual in this part of town and something a little different is really refreshing.

A beautiful place inside and out. Very friendly and helpful for new comers. I frequent this place often and Im not even a student. I love the ambience and chill vibes. I love their wide array of teas to choose from which are displayed where you order. So far Ive tried the Georgia Peach (iced & sweetened). Jasmine (hot & sweetened) which was very fragrant and delicious. And now Im having the Earl Grey with lavender leaves (hot w/cream & sugar) its perfection. Prices are comparable to Starbucks but its so much better here :) im glad I found this spot. They also offer free WiFi, books, & boardgames.

Great place for some not so serious studying. Its a good small coffee shop and it has all the vibes of being independent. Amazing baristas and amazing drinks! However it had kind of an identity crisis when it comes to what its trying to do, half the people are there studying and half are playing board games or gossiping, so I feel like its more of a social than an intellectual spot. If you have some mindless work that needs to get done, you can come here, but if you need space to think, this isnt the place.

Great little coffee shop with friendly staff and a funky little seating area. Free wifi and quiet atmosphere to do work or chat. Outside area lets you enjoy the weather when its nice and also lets you order outside from a window if you prefer that option. The coffee always tastes great; not too bitter but not weak. There are plenty of tea options and you can add some pastries to your order. Only shame is that they open later than a coffee shop I can use on my way to work!

This is my favorite place to hang out. Full of local charm, the shop offers all the drinks you would expect from any coffee place, but the menu also has a lot of surprises! They have gourmet teas, homemade cupcakes, and floats to name a few. The store is also full of vintage and thrift furniture. Everything seems to be priced very, very low, and its a good mix of ready-to-use pieces and (even more low-priced) things that need refinished. Plus the Wi-Fi is free!

I absolutely love everything about this little coffee shop except for the coffee grounds that they use. However, I do invite people here all the time for meetings and love their sandwiches. Just really wish they had either different coffee grounds than they do or an alternative option. I am actually surprised they havent changed them since everyone I talk to that gets regular coffee or a hot expresso drink is not a fan of the taste of the beans they use.
