Sad to say that I will not be returning to this cute little coffee/brewery. I was enjoying one of their hot tea lates while studying and waiting for a friend to arrive. Once he arrived he did not purchase a drink but I made sure to order another drink to make up for him not buying one and even put a tip in the tip jar to make up for the use of the internet. Later after my purchase we were approached by Im assuming the owner and she rudely explained to us the situation of the wifi abuse. Not to mention that before she came over to us we could see she was talking bad about us. I acknowledged the problem and proceeded to explain that I purchased a drink in his part since he did not want one and we did not want to abuse of the wifi. I was appalled when she said "Well we cant read your mind we dont know your intentions" So we picked up our stuff and left. Keep in mind I was going 3x a week and purchasing 2 or more drinks during my study sessions. Very sad to not be returning but wish them success!

While its such a great idea to have a locally owned small coffee shop on this side of town, I wont be returning. I met a lawyer there to sign some papers. We needed one witness signature. We asked the server and she said yes. When it was time, she said she was busy working and could we ask someone else. So I look over, and shes at the bar eating. Does eating mean working? (Maybe she cant write her name?) If you want to have a successful business, customer service is as important as the coffee or beer you serve (no food there). BTW, my tea was served with no spoon and no napkins were in sight. I wanted to be, but Im totally not impressed.

REAL COFFEE!! If youre looking for REAL coffee from an authentic coffee machine, look no further. Youll never waste your time and money again at fast food chains or Stargross after stopping here. Relaxing, accepting amicable environment... Very well decorated and clean! They also have kombucha, beer and food trucks that come at night. This family-owned pub/Café is 5/5 & 2 thumbs up! Dont miss out! :)

Grateful Brew is such a cool spot to have a drink with a friend or business contact. The fact that its on Pleasantburg with a lot of parking helps if you need to get a great drink and not deal with downtown traffic. They host food trucks regularly so its got something for the foodies too. Dogs are welcome as long as theyre well-behaved, which is always fun to have a beer with your furry friends. 5 stars

Amazing! We went in with kids for a quick break totally not expecting it to be kid friendly. They were over the top great with kids! Toys in the corner. They gave us a complimentary muffin for the kids to try, changing tables in both bathrooms. I could go on and on. Small things really add up and say they care about everyone. Plus their selection is amazing and their coffee is delicious.

I went on a Saturday afternoon and asked about pour over coffee options. The barista was so friendly and knowledgeable and knew the details of all their brews including country of origin and flavor blends! Her recommendation was perfect for me and I enjoyed it so much! They also have beer and its a really fun hipster vibe. I sat outside on the patio and will definitely be back!

I feel so welcomed! Refreshing cold brews on tap, revitalizing coffee beverages, and a nice family to chat with who work there. The atmosphere in the morning is tranquil, while in the evening there is a casual flush of excitement. A shared buzz, such as people chatting before a movie starts. It is my new favorite place for a cup of joe, and perhaps something from tap.

This is an awesome place! It doesnt look like much from the outside, but Grateful Brew has a tasteful quiet vibe where you can bring a group of friends, or your laptop to enjoy a variety of beers or coffee depending on your preference. Id recommend Grateful Brew to anyone new in the area looking for a cool place to hang out.

Super cute beer spot. Dog friendly!!! Adorably decorated and fun and funky architecture. The glass wall makes it bright and beautiful inside although I typically sit at one of their many outdoor seatings. They often have food trucks available on the weekends. Great beer selection. Good playlists playing music.

The beer selection is good for the area. The barista was very nice. The person I am assuming is the owner was rude. I tried to compliment him on something and he was too busy looking down at his phone. Then he responds with a "uh huh" and walked away. I assumed the entire idea behind this place was to converse.

They have something for the whole family here! Food trucks through out the week, coffee/tea, non-alcoholic drinks, and all the craft beer you could want! Awesome atmosphere. I highly recommend this place to relax, meet up with clients, or enjoy an evening with friends.

With friendly baristas, tasty coffee and Swamp Rabbit Cafe scones, a delightful atmosphere, bright natural lighting, and a location away from the press of downtown, it gives Greenvillians a wonderful space to sit and chat, study, or just grab it and go.

The lavender infused honey steamed milk is unique and ever so good! Havent been there for beer, but look promising. They dont have much in the way of food, but theyre right next to Pita House and Frodos pizza, so you can just pick up a bite!

This is a great place to stop in and have a beer. The friendly staff at Grateful Brew can help you try out some new craft beers and they have growlers to go too. Best taproom in town!
