I just called this place to make a delivery order for a lunch tomorrow. A VERY rude girl answered the phone. It is 11:40am - 8/7/2012 for the Panera Bread on Sunrise Blvd. and I hope her manager sees this comment. She picked up the phone and rushed the greeting first of all (I BELIEVE her name was Hope). I said, "Good morning Im calling to see if you guys deliver here and if I can get a faxed menu to my office so we can have lunch tomorrow?". She said "hold on" not please hold, not let me check that for you one minute, no, just hold on. After a 15 minute hold she hung up. I called back and I said, "Excuse me I was holding and waiting to see if we could order some lunch". And as she did with the Panera greeting she just said AND I QUOTE "YEAH, we got disconnected what do you want to get?" She was laughing as she picked up the phone again with someone in the background obviously hung up on me because her personal conversation was more important. EWW!! If the service is this disgusting at this branch I refuse to put my companys money to test it on the food as well. I rather drive to the next Panera bread where their quality of service is better. Shame that this branch lost out on 15 business customers and possible recurring prospects bc of her lack of customer service.

The girl at the register is the only thing keeping this from being a one star; she was great. Everything else was bad. I ordered half a salad and half a sandwich. The salad that came out had bits of other salad in it, which for me isnt that big a deal but if someone has allergies this can be dangerous (strawberries, peppers, etc). My sandwich came out looking like it had been thrown around and was not made to my order (I had requested an extra step). But all in all the food was fine. Its fast food, so there were mistakes, whatever. What really turned me off was the crass and inappropriate behavior of the kids behind the counter. Yelling at each other, cussing, throwing food, rude stories sometimes telling about illegal activities. And they were so loud! You could hear them across the restaurant! Wow, it was bad. Next time Ill go next door and get a slice of pizza.

I have been going to this Panera for the past two years probably three or four times per week for lunch since I work right in with the area. The speed of service has usually been ok but the last theee weeks it has been awful. I have probably come in ten times during that time but every time I have waited thirty or more minutes for my food. I dont order anything that needs to be cooked either. I dont know if they have been short staffed or changed a process but each day I wait and wait and see others complaining about not getting their food for a long time. Thirty minutes to wait for your food after placing it is bad for a restaurant, let alone a Panera. Then including the time u waited on line to order you literally have used up your entire lunch hour before eating.

I love Panera. I really do. That bring said, our experience at this location was horrible. We came in a little bit before noon, and breakfast service was over. I get it, its all good...so when I ordered from the lunch menu and asked for a soup, I was told that they didnt have any soups ready yet. So my wife and I ordered bagels, and the others in our party ordered grilled cheese. The grilled cheese sandwiches were only grilled on one side, and my wife and I had to go hunting for our barely toasted bagels after 20 minutes. Like I said, Panera is a great place that we regularly go to..but the experience at this particular location was lacking, to say the least.

Day before yesterday...there was some coupon issue between a customer and the patron at order station...though there were other workers..no one took charge to open a new station to help other customers....today it was just slow again...the patron (who identified as part of manager staff) just left station without letting customers know why he was leaving...upon complain he mentioned that there was a kiosk to order as well..I guess customers are stupid to wait at the order station and not get the holy revelation that there is a kiosk so that the patron is not to be disturbed????? Btw..food is fine if you are lucky to order and get it ....

Visited Panera Bread and there was an incredibly long line to go, not to mention the dine in seating was full. There were literally 10 people in front of me with several behind me awaiting their to go orders. However, Robin and her staff did a phenomenal job at reducing the line, being punctual on all orders, reminding us all that our to go orders will be out soon and thanking us for patiently waiting. I commend Robins multitasking performance and staffs quick response to all orders. They tackled the situation and long line in minutes. This kind of phenomenal service is why I enjoy coming to this Panera Bread.

Panera Bread always has really good food and the service is always excellent. The guys here are great and I always feel like I am "home" when I come in. They are always offering special items and I always try them when I come in. When I see a great picture of a tasty sandwich or hot soup on the wall, I just have to try it! I also have their member card and get free goodies from time to time when I come in. That is even better. Even though it is a chain, I think they are great and have no issue in recommending then to anyone.

Ordered Rapid Pick-up. Order was not ready until 15 minutes after my p/u time (not very rapid). And there were several important components of my order that they were out of and didnt tell me until they handed me the bag. I had to ask how they rectified the missing components and they honestly didnt plan to until I asked. Half of the employees werent even tracking that they were out of certain things. The people working the registers were still ringing people up for the missing items as I was leaving.

Wasnt that great.. first off we ordered and the lady waited to tell us the soda machine wasnt working. Kids had to drink water...they for sure do not drink coffee. Not a good a start. Food is overpriced. We could have gone for a sit down dinner and paid same amount with an appetizer. Also my kid ordered a side of mac n cheese the lady charged us instead of putting with the sandwich. She gave her chips she didnt want... not on the top of my eating out place.

I have picked up call-in orders from here multiple times - most of the time I have to wait after I reach here because they forgot about the order or the order never reached the kitchen. Manager keeps changing here almost every month. Half of the time, they wont even follow the instructions on the order as well and just prepare the standard dish. All these things have happened to me multiple times!
