español: Muy caro para lo que ofrecen, la empanada es pura papa y nada de carne aunque esta bien frita, o sea bien hecha, carisimoooo no tiene nada que hacer al pan pa ya de Bogota, que mala imagen dan a los que no conocen la marca, ojala no piensen que es asi cuando vayan a Bogota. De acuerdo con muchos otros, nunca hay NADA. Les recomiendo LA ANTIOQUEñA queda en la Pines hacia el West antes de la 172 Ave es buenisimo y economico. English: Very expensive for what they offer, the empanada (turnover) is very well cooked but lacks of meat, its just potato. Please do not think Pan Pa Ya en bogota Colombia is the same, there is way better and has history. I think the same as others here, there is never variety of products nothing to compare to Colombian restaurants, this is originally a bakery and they have very few products even though they are good. I recommend going to LA ANTIOQUENA is very good well priced and has a lottt of products its on Pines Blvd going west right before 172 Ave. What a shame this Pan Pa Ya

Such bad costumer service !! Put an order for Uber eats of $50.00 bucks and they totally forgot my breakfast ! They did not call to tell me they did not have this they simply did not sent my food ! When I called them the cashier could care less and her response was well I dont really know what to tell u if you are telling me we did not call I guess we did not call .. she said you could pick it up if you like .. I obviously cant pick it up thats why I spent 50 bucks on Uber eats!! Cashiers name Jenny G ..

Terrible! ! He estado varias veces y nunca he encontrado la comida fresca. Los pandeyucas demasiados duros y de varios dias. Ademas es caro. Es mejor que cierren por que le dan mala fama a la comida colombiana.

Buena atención de las meseras y muy rico el pan de bono y los bunuelos. Un poco caro para ser una cafetería, si quieren tener precios de restaurante al menos arreglen las sillas rotas .

You advertise your hours of operation closing at 8:00 pm M-F so I drive to the business and find your employees closing the store at 7:50. I get that they want to go home, but I didnt want to make a trip for nothing. Horrible service, please change your hours of operation to reflect the time your employees want to close

The staff is rude, if you dont speak Spanish they give you a crazy attitude, especially the girl that took our order. The menu is not readily available, we didnt know there was other food besides the bread. Overpriced, food is ok but nothing special. Probably will not be coming back due to their bad attitudes.

The pandebono are good, but nothing more! The rest of the food is ugly. The last time I went I got a raw chicken breast. And then not to see their faces to pay waitresses! All are odious and malacaradas, they will break this place. Bad food, expensive and with those waitresses

Creo que debería llamarse el Rancho PAN PA YA por que el techo esta lleno de goteras y se llueve. Muy ricos los pan de bonos y las muchachas muy atentas, pero ese tanque con el charco en el medio del salón si da muy mal aspecto. De quinta Pan Pa Rancho.
