and I took a trip to see my grandparents here on 5-28-12 and we stopped by here to eat because this is where my grandparents like to dine. Upon sitting at our booth all 4 sets of silverware had dried crusted condiments on every single napkin covering them. Okay that was fine, got new silverware. Ali was the young server who was caring for us. We all ordered water, with lemon and she forgot 2 of them. And then never got the lemons. Whe we had to ask another server about the bread they serve. The plates they delivered with the bread all had dried up ketchup on them. Nasty. Another server stated to me that it wasnt her that made the dishes dirty. Very rude comment. NOW, my burger was fantastic. But she was very un helpful, but regardless I felt I would still tip 20%. When I got the bill, I had noticed that when grandpa ordered 1 coffee, they charged us for 3, and when my gf ordered tea, ali charged us for 2. And she never apologized for anything! So good idea to not goto this establishment if you want clean dishes, good service, and a helpful staff. Very unhappy.

While most of the servers here are really nice and prompt, the last time I was there one of them was a real jerk to my grandfather, who is a regular customer. (Like, daily regular.) He came by the table to refill our coffee, and my grandfather quickly picked up his cup and took a big sip to "make more room"... as the server was refilling, he scowled and heaved a sigh and muttered "I hate it when he does that... like it makes a difference". Seriously?? My grandfather is 88 years old, loves this place, and consistently tips over 20%, and youre going to sneer at him because hes a little eccentric? Next time, keep your opinions to yourself and your attitude professional.

Second time visiting. Nice easy atmosphere, much older crowd. Service seamed like they had to serve and not wanting to. Asked for lemons for my tea twice and did not get it until I was done with my meal. Everyone smiled and was courteous. Same scenario happened last time. My son ordered the 5 cheese grilled sandwich and had to return it. No longer his favorite. Recommend if you are hungry and dont want to eat at the normal fast food places around. The almond bread was delicious. So we have a mixed feelings about this place. Not sure if it was the young waitress having to deal with a different customer in age or just another bad day for them.

We have been coming to this Bob Evans for 3 years now and never had any issues. Tonight my family and I went for dinner and it took over 45 minutes to get our food (mind you it was not busy at all in there). When we finally got our food, all of it was either cold or undercooked. We asked to speak to a manager and when he finally decided to come to our table (15 minutes after we had asked) he treated us like we were kids, like there was abolsutely no reason to be complaining about anything. I highly recommend NOT coming to this Bob Evans at night. The WORST service I have ever received!!

I ordered carry out and waited about 10 minutes before anyone spoke to me. There were around 6 workers just standing around including 2 dress shirt managers. After being helped I was asked if I wanted utensils and I said, "yes." The waitress didnt give me any. She seriously forgot I said "yes" in like less than 2 seconds or something? Sure enough I am away from home and do not have utensils with me. I wish I could have given a negative.

I took a chance ordering for my family one night because some woman (my wife lol) didnt feel like cooking. I chose the pot roast family meal with mashed potatoes and macaroni. I must admit that if I threw it in a pot and heated it for a few to get the smell into the air and invited you for dinner, you would have sworn it was a home cooked meal. Great flavour and wonderfully comforting. Mom has found a suitable dinner backup. Lol

Who knew that Bob Evans had great vegan options? They do and my wife loved them for it. I love the traditional sausage gravy and bottomless coffee. The kids meal selection is outstanding they even served my 4 year old son Mac and cheese at 8am. I even bought a jar of their delicious poppy seed dressing to enjoy at home. Our servers and the manager made us feel at home the two days we ate here while on vacation.

Ordered a salad that had BBQ chick on it, come to find out they dont just toss the chicken they dump the BBQ sauce onto the salad making it soggy. So i sent it back which i have NEVER done. I got a bowl of chicken noodle soup instead. Except what i got was a bowl full of noodles and no broth or vegetables! really?? How could any server look at that and serve it is beyond me.

The service was very poor! We waited 10 mins for our waitress Heather to come back after the first visit to put in our order. While waiting we had to listen to the staff argue with each other about seating people, cleaning tables, calling orders in, complaining about being ready to get off.... never coming back. ..

To-go orders are NEVER correct or complete. This time was completely missing one of four meals... Another meal was a cheeseburger with no cheese and no fries. No utensils or napkins provided. Had to go back and they still had trouble getting it right. My advice is dont order carryout here.

I get normally get the same one menu the Country Biscuit Breakfast. With a twist. I have them remove the sausage crumbles and white gravy, then add the fantastic sausage gravy. Get this at every Bob Evans I go to, this was the first time it was perfect. Sons big thanks to the kitchen crew.

Horrible experience! Dont go here! Very unsanitary, i cant speak on the food because i didnt stay long enough. The waitress that seated us wiped our table and seats with a smelly dirty rag and left it wet as she walked away. It smelt so bad i didnt even sit down and wish my kids hadnt.

This place is amazing. Very friendly and home-feeling environment, also when I spilt my tea on my lap by accident I had two waitresses come over with no hesitation to help me and replace my food, and at any time didnt make me feel bad, thank you.

Service was slow, almost an hour to get our food, forgot my cranberry sauce, asked for butter and kept forgetting, asked for refills more than once. Definitely not a fan anymore. Once Bob pasted the quality of service is slowly deteriorating.

I went to eat with my family for the first time their candy bacon was great I recommend it to anyone but the rest of the food was not so great it was cold and the mashed potatoes were not not fully cooked you can tell they came from the box

We visited store no.488 Tue 8/30/16. Meal was very good, service was not, waitress was unpleasant almost rude, never did get our rolls after two requests after original order . Server was Heather B . Not a happy customer.
