Ok.......Where do I begin? I never thought in a million years that I would be writing a review about just how BAD this experience was. Ive been coming to this particular Smokey Bones for almost 10 years & I will NEVER go to again. Racist, rude, & TERRIBLE waitresses. I came in with my beautiful wife & daughter. I never mind about it taking awhile to get seated but these host/waitresses didnt even want to seat us. When we got to our seats, we politely asked the waitresses for a high tray for our little one. She came back & pretty much slammed it down. Then rolled her eyes as she stormed away. The wife & I are always in a great mood but the servers killed the entire mood for us in less than five minutes. Usually Im the quiet one but when I seen how rude this little childish girl & her colleagues were to my wife & child.......We exited our seats & spoke with the managers asap. NEVER WILL I GO TO SMOKEY BONES AGAIN IN SANFORD. This is a restaurant that we have never skipped paying the waitresses a nice tip but NEVER WILL I give these guys my money again. These hosts, waitresses, etc need to be revamped. You will NEVER keep a business with HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My wife & I agreed that we would rather BUY our groceries before we set foot in this RACIST ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very long wait- three hours in and out-Food was pretty good, however the service was terrible. We had 8 guests for a birthday celebration and waited for fifteen minutes to be seated and then another twenty to order appetizers, we ordered three and only received two. I asked and she said she thought we only wanted two, didnt offer to put it in. (No apology, nothing)I told our server at the beginning it was my mother in laws birthday (pointed her out and gave candles, ding, ding.....)and make sure at the end she brought out cake and add it to our bill. I told her make sure -myself or my husband gets the check. (Pointed him out...) My mother in law asks for the bill and I loudly said no we will take it, it is her birthday. After dinner she handed the check to my mother in law, its her birthday for god sake!! and didnt bring cake! I had to have my brother secretly chase her down to have her bring the cake with the candles I gave her. She didnt even know who it was for, this is why I made sure to point her out from the beginning and remind her during dinner who the birthday girl was- Not even a happy birthday to her. She then brought the check for the cake to my brother, Seriously! I was so embarrassed. Slow down and pay attention when you have a celebratory event going on.

But the rest of the damn place sucked... They really should have changed their old frying grease... Fries were quite dark & soggy. ya could easily tell. The Salad was disgusting.. and heres the kicker. this really happened. for real. This kind of beautiful young little thing. ( Server ) Bent in to get the salt shaker from the other table for us as ours was missing. and so she was all but 3 3 1/2. feet. from my face and my Son. and this lady ripped off a friggin huge Fart. I was beside myself. Damn it. I have never been to any. restaraunt like this.. I know it is a natural thing. and My God was she embarrased.. We never saw her again. but. you get the picture. Just a horrible friggin experience.

Went early around 5, place was empty. We ordered baby back ribs which were nothing to write home about at all. I would say that they were mediocre, they were not hot enough and it was hard to cut through them. The fries were hot but tasted like every other chain restaurant fries, nothing special.Fire roasted corn was gross to me.My Husbands brisket was good meat but pretty fatty. Nothing fantastic about the coleslaw either.This was not a great dining experience, it was overpriced.We will not eat here again. Just my personal experience.

NO COUNTRY MUSIC!!! The worst part about this place is the music. It is beyond sh!tty. It sounds like some kind of weird aliens have landed and they are on acid tunes. I mean it ruins the whole experience of trying to eat barbeque. It seems the owners have an identity crisis. They want to sell country food but dont want to play the music which goes with it. I have no intentions of returning. The music is that bad.

Very disappointing, food was VERY bland. Found a piece of plastic in my food, wasnt going to say anything about it, but the manager came by shortly after I found it and asked how everything was. So I told him about it and he just made a sarcastic comment about taking someone out back and shooting them. So in summary the food is BLAND and the service not so good. We will not be back.

I havent had a bad experience yet service is always been good I love they blueberry lemonade I always get the same thing when I go the half chicken with two sides but I tried something different with the sides this time the fiery corn it was good fiery roasted corn my mom gets fish and chips she said thats good oh they cornbread with the butter pecan butter is wonderful

Service sub par. All meats were very very dry. Asked for extra ranch by three people. Waitress brought 1 salsa nowl portion to share. Brocoli was good. Ordered brisket, chicken, pulled pork. Meat almost got stuck in my throat from being so dry. Do not waste your money. Came on Thursday night 8 pm. Ribs were to die for though.

This is the slowest, place I have been too in a long time. waitress was not good by any stadard. waited over twenty minutes for drinks. Still sitting here waiting for food. If it doesnt get here soon, well just leave and get steak and shake. Smokeys is starting to out price themselves. $30 for steak at a BBQ place is a laugh.

I think this is supposed to be a barbeque place, but its more of a sports bar that serves barbeque options. It lacked the special aroma I expected and the food lacked the savory smoked flavor I craved. The service was pretty good, so it wasnt horrible. I would eat here again if nothing better was available.

Had lunch there yesterday with the wife. My meal: Pulled pork sandwich. It was tiny. Small as a plain hamburger from McDs. Half of the "meat on it was pure fat chunks. Served with wrong side dish. Her meal: Decent sized burger, but was so greasy the bottom bun was like paste. Would not go there again.

Top dollar prices for bottom dollar food. Portions were very small definatly not worth what we paid. If you love good BBQ this is not the place for you. Franchised portions with little to no flavor. The childrens portion was so small my son ended up eating his dinner and most of mine.

Went around midnight. Burgers were awesome and fairly priced, and absolutely massive! I got the BBQ burger and my friend go the one with a fried egg on it. Service was good, the atmosphere was what youd expect of a bar + grill at midnight. Would come again!
