Dont even know why I gave them a one star....my experience was terrible! They got one of my orders wrong so I called nicely and ask for a refund on one meal...well they kept hanging up on me three times...they called me back and told me no refund that they dont mess up orders and got mad because I used a coupon so told me I had to pay different e if I wanted a refund LOL wow! So I called my bank and told them that I want my money back and they are :) so the other owner calls me and told me " you just wanted free food" and gets mad lol well then you should of given me my refund which was 8 dollars!!! Cheap jack asses I feel sorry for the girl who works there

If I could do negative stars I would!! 1st they are an 8 minute drive to my house and it took 48 minutes to get here. 2nd I told them 3 times that my husband is DEATHLY allergic to eggs and to not put eggs in the fried rice, well they did!!! 3rd, my lo mein was dreched in thick brown sauce, my husbands chicken wings were so greasy it was dripping out the double layerd bag you get your wings in!! Then when we called to get our money back we had to drive there and and because he ate 1 wing they wouldnt give us our money back unless we paid $3.00!!! Long story short Id rather eat ramen noodles!!!

They charged me 8.50 for a 5.80 lunch combo.. the egg fu yung was VERY greasey !! And they put it on top of the rice so the rice was soaked with grease too and not worth eating.. I dont like egg rolls so as substutue they gave me ONE tiny chicken finger.. I even told them i dont want the included soup.. 2nd bad experience out of 2 visits.. Fool me twice shame on me.. Not goin back.. Why oh why cant there be a good chinese place near by ;/ SUX

I thought the food was good. I thought I might help you out with a 5 star review. I wish you all the best on your business. I know how hard it is starting out. Horribly over priced food! You can go to any other Chinese restaurant and get the same quality for a lot less! Also after you over pay then you receive the smallest portion possible! Then they want to charge for two packets of soy sauce? Horrible customer service. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Absolutely disgusting! I ordered dragon & phoenix and it looks like barf. I called them thinking they had mixed up my order and it turns out this is how they serve the dish. I then tried the food and it tastes like it came out of a can, I would never recommend this place! Ewww

We have been going here for years. The food is always excellent. The family who owns it always greet us and are very friendly. Extra soy sauce is always provided with a smile. I love Chinatown II!

Customer service and delivery times need much improvement. Last order took 2 hours and previous order to that was incorrect. We have been a customer for years....no longer.
