Ive ordered from this place so often when I lived in Orlando that I had their number saved in my phone! The food was great and if they messed the order up they were kind and fixed it quickly. I was understanding and never gave them a hard time because accidents happen. I moved out of town a few months ago but every time I visited Orlando I drove to China Plate to eat and brought my family. I told my phone to call China King (the new place I frequent) it called China plate instead. I didnt notice I called the wrong place until I was standing in China King to pick up my order. Of course its not there because I called the wrong place! Mortified and embarrassed I called China Plate right away to let them know of the mistake and the lady started screaming at me and hung up on me! I called back and told her that they messed up my order so many times over the years and I never yelled, raised my voice or mistreated them and ALWAYS tiped $10 in cash even when they messed up. I said accidents happen and no customer should be treated that way! I am at a loss for words at the rudeness and will never eat there again! Ever!

Ordered for pick up and when I got home I found out the did not include the fry rice, I went back and they game me the missing rice but I think the should have offered me something extra or a discount for a future order. I ended up ordering another order of rice because it was not enough and the charged me full price. I am not buying from them again.

STAY AWAY. We ordered food for delivery. They delivered the wrong food. Plus the food that was delivered was dull. No flavor. We called back to get the order corrected and they gave us attitude like it was us who made the mistake. Will never go back. La Estrella is much better for Chinese food.

I love the service. The lady that serves me every time is so lovely that makes me return just to see her again. I eat here almost every week, the food is very good and it is served in generous amounts so I have for lunch and dinner sometimes. Love the place.
