Aug.29 2014 I went thru the drive thru waited in a long line ( you always a long wait when you go here) Got to the window they took my money and said pull around our food was not ready . Three cars behind us got there food, one of the cars stop went in side with a bag of food(it was rainy out side) After 30 minutes a guy came out said what did we order A few minutes later he handed us our food the bag was all wet and my wife look inside one of our whopper look like someone open it to look at it and thru it back in the bag, frys was smash they were on the bottom. I found out latter my food was given to the wrong customer. I went in and ask what the hell is this the manger said to keep it down our she was going to call the police and have me arrested for trespassing . after a while waiting for my food, a another manager gave my money back because she knew the other one was wrong for talking to me like that . There is more to this but dont have that much room for what needs to be said but I will not return to this BK.

Horrible service. Our food was cold, sweet tea was unsweetened. Let them know about it. I was asked if I had the receipt, mind you I was dinning inside and had not left. I was also asked for the food back. I wasnt going to eat it to begin with. They remade our burgers or should I say microwaved our burgers. You could tell by the way the cheese turned to liquid. Was also told that they add a ton of suger to their tea and that they could taste the sweetness. In other words I must be crazy. I could not eat the second burger do to the fear of what they might have done to it. I will never go back. I was also informed by my daughter that when we left the whole staff was at the window watching us leave. At the time I was on a very important phone call and unaware of the situation or I would have gone back inside and asked them what the problem was.

Worst fast food place ever. I have gotten my order wrong on many occasions and once before had cold food. But today was the last time I will go back. Waited in line behind someone else for 15 minutes. I would have left but I was blocked in by someone behind me. When I got to the window after placing my order I was informed they did not have my smoothies did I want to replace with something else. I said no so they had to get the manager to take them off the register. I told the manager that I wanted her to know that I had waited for 15 minutes to order. She said that there speaker had broke during the storm that we just had. I said could you put up a sign or something. She said we have put up 2 of them and the rain has gotten them wet. What more do you want us to do. She was very rude and I will not go back there again.

Stay Away from this BK! The girl at the window that takes your order is the rudest girl I have ever had to place an order with at any fast food resturant in my life! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! She had the nerve to talk to me like I was a child or something because I asked a simple question about their whoppers.Then she called me hun! The girl is caucasion and wares really weird long fake finger nails with all these colors too uhhh! so gross in my oppion! So if you see her you will know her she is a she devil! Im not at all satisfied in the way I was treated here.So i would suggest that you go to any other BK than this one it is terrible! Managment needs to fire her A.S.A.P. I will not be going back here agian!

Ive never been to a fast food restaurant that continuously screws up your order. Literally Everytime I go there something is messed up. And once again today. Not very hard to only put lettuce and tomato on a burger and pickle and onion on the other. And the guy asked me 3 separate times and I repeated mySelf 3 times. Frustratingly simple job that this Burger King just cant get right

Horrible service at this Burger King. Ive been quite a handful of times and each time they forget something. This time they didnt give me my change for the 20 I had. They forgot to give me a burger and had to remind them to give me straws. The lady at the window was rude and could care less if we had gotten everything. Please get a new manager and all new employees

My mother ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches, a coffee, and a small side of hashbrowns. She only received 2 sandwiches and the coffee, so she told the employee that she ordered another sandwich and the hash browns, and they only gave her the sandwich... very annoying when employees dont even listen to their customers

I was on one bus of two that stopped unexpectedly at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb 28 and everything was excellent, food ,service, all with smile from staff. Congrats on a job well done Burger King!!!!! Feeding 80 people in a short time as we are now back on the road, 6 :15. Thanks

There has been a big change here! The current staff are friendly, neat, clean & literate. The food is as expected for fast food so it does make a difference about the staff!
