today i had the luxury of going to this taco bell and ordering some food that was of course wrong but i can deal with that. My next issue is that as me and a female friend sat in my car in the parking lot an employee named Tiffany ( if i am recalling her name correctly but i think thats the name the shift manager gave me when i asked to file a complaint) was apparently getting off work and got into her car which was parked beside mine. The employee was still in her uniform. But she started dancing like a monkey in her car while making finger guns with her hands as if she thinks she is lil wayne. Anyways as ignorant as she looked this is quite common in cocoa. So i go about eating my food and then hear this POS yell out "WTF are you looking at?" I perk my head up from my food then hear her say it again at which time I realize she is running her mouth to the 18 year old female passenger in my car . I lean forward at which point she realized there is an older adult in the vehicle and i said excuse me? she then says I SAID WHAT YOU LOOKIN AT TO HER!!! and then turns away and rolls up her window before retreating into the hood like the coward she is. So again dirtbags are a dime a dozen in cocoa which is no surprise but what bothers me is now i have no desire to do any business with TACO BELL because they employ this trash! I spoke to a manager who only stated that she would have a talk with her and i said no She needs to be reprimanded or terminated so i am trying to file a complaint with corporate. How can taco bell be family oriented and friendly service when they employ someone like that! so as for my review i would not give them your business until they clean up their employee pool. NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO FOR A LIVING YOU SHOULD REMAIN PROFESSIONAL WHILE REPRESENTING YOUR EMPLOYERS COMPANY CAUSE YOU MAKE THEM LOOK BAD ALONG WITH YOURSELF TIFFANY! oh and her trashy and poorly done tattoo sleeve on her left arm only added to her ratchet appearance

My total was $6.39. I handed the girl $11.39 to get a five dollar bill back to put gas in my truck. The girl in drive thru handed me the receipt back. I asked her didnt I give u $11.39 she was like I can check. She procided to go to the manager and said something (couldnt hear them) then comes back and says no u handed me $6.39. I asked her to take down my number so the manager could call me if her drawer was over and she said yes. I proceeded to watch her throw my number down and procide to the next customer. I never received a call back or my $5 bill. These people are thrives and I will never do business with them again. I understand its only $5 but the drive thru girl never even did anything to check except open her drawer and look not even reach in and move money around or anything. They could have pulled the cameras, counted the drawer down, anything but no, not even the manager came over to talk to me. Very disrespectful and not trustworthy. I would have dropped it if the manage attempted to do something about it. But nothing was even attempted. I will be going to corporate over my $5.

Rude, wrong, slow. Order was taken incorrectly, I came back to the drive-thru and was told to come inside which inconvenienced me after they made an error (with only one other car in line) I told Quanyra Id rather them hand it to me through the window, she paused, and asked me to come inside AGAIN, at which point I so that I would be coming to the window and they can give me my food they messed up, thanks. And she said youre not welcome. Also, this must be a fairly common problem with this store, as there is food all over the outside window from other dissatisfied customers.

During the day its more a 3.5/5. But if you have taco Bell as the only fast food option on your drive home after work at night after 10pm, may God have mercy on your soul. Im writing this review while waiting in the drive thru just to order. The speaker is broken which seems to happen a lot at this location so you have to order at the window. Its always a wait here at night so my advice is to hope to Jesus Christ that McDonalds is still open when you get off work. If not then settle in cause youre gonna use up about $10 in gas to get $5 worth of food.

Let me explain the 5 stars. First as far as food goes this is a standard Taco Bell and warrants probably a 3 rating and maybe a 4 or 5 on cleanliness. But while I was there I had absolutely excellent customer service from the woman on the register and I watched as she and a cook staff stop what they were doing to help a very elderly veteran to his vehicle since he could carry things and open doors himself. Good for them, Taco Bell should give them some recognition for that random act of kindness.

We use to go to Taco Bell at least twice a week. Now its maybe twice a month. They are going down. The place is always dirty. Tables full of left over food, the fountain machine is sticky and sloppy. One man working there talks rough and is not as always as nice as he seems. He makes one not want to eat there anymore. But most of the people there are nice. The food portions are shrinking. The potatoes in some of the items are always hard and taste old. Not a good choice to eat at anymore.

Went there ordered 50 dollars worth of food had kids with us, waited 20 mins in line, for food left drive thru, then found they forgot good told us have to go back three, 40 mind later got to window due to slow service asked to speek to manager someone came jobs make it tight asked for his name someone else came up saying he wasnt manager that he is which was me guy, so never got to talk to real manager they were just playing games. All ran by immature people. Never will go there again.

The experience was horrible go to the drive thru and I had to answer the lady 5 times about a soda and then for more time to tell her I didnt want nothing else I get to the window and they gave me the wrong so that she rolled her eyes at me and huffed and puffed then I asked for a bunch of mild sauce she gave me for which I have 6 burritos for soft tacos 2 quesadillas and two Mexican pizzas and she gave me 6 sauces or for sauces whatever and I dont feel like she likes her job

I work nearby and come here for lunch sometimes ( late night ) and its been a consistent nightmare. The drive-thru ALWAYS takes an absurd amount of time to get through regardless of how many people are in line. Im only writing this review because the last time I went for lunch I waited 25 minutes in the line (only 4 cars, no turnout) and was given a "consolation" coupon for one free taco. I cant wait for that free 45 minute taco.
