We have eaten at Ice House Foods in Port St. John twice now and had excellent experiences both times. The second time, however, was above amazing and definitely merits acknowledgement. My husband and I had a special Valentine’s Day date in Orlando. Not wanting to deal with traffic and crowds in restaurants, we decided to just stop by Ice House because we knew their prices were really good and their food is great. I called ahead just to make sure there would be a table for us since we were on a tight schedule. Upon arriving, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the person who took our call had gone out of her way to help us have a fantastic day by purchasing Valentine candles and little boxes of chocolate for our table. She did this out of her own pocket. The food was excellent. The prices were great. And she definitely and kindly went out of her way to make sure that we had a good experience. How wonderful! I’m so happy for her desire to serve us so well! We will be eating there again and again. Love it.

My family and I went here for the first time and it was great! My dad got wings and they were delicious and meaty, unlike he last few places we have been in PSJ and they were skimpy. I had the Buffalo chicken sandwich and it was really good big piece of chicken and the fries were very yummy and fresh, they were piping hot when we got our order. Then last my mom got the Cuban burger. Let me say well worth the price and it was amazing, we all had a part of it and plan to go back soon and get more, They also have a stamping card to get a free side after so many visits. Which is great because we tried the mushrooms and enjoyed them and that was part of the offer. Will be going back again soon

I have gone to the Ice House twice now and have found the quality of the wings and burgers, along with the service and prices to be great. It can take the cook 15-20 minutes to get your order ready but the cashier/server has always set that expectation for me. As for the food, the garlic buffalo wings were what Id hope them to be, the blue cheese dressing has such an awesome unqiue flavor, and the burgers are pretty big and really good. To summarize Ice House, I left with the overall feeling that the crew there cared about the customers and the value. Id recommend it.

Food is definitely not worth the price or the lack of service. Every time weve picked up an order, the girls behind the counter seem way more interested in their phones- and every time we get home, theres something missing from our order. After giving them 4 separate chances to stand up to their 4+ star rating, and being disappointed each time, weve decided not to return.

Nothing remotely fancy about this place but its clean, the staff are very friendly and each plate was excellent. We were a party of 11 with young kids after a full day at Nasa; all out-of-towners (Georgia and Canada) looking for seafood on a Monday night. If you dont expect anything shiny youll be happy with the eats and people.

The food was ok but the quantity was bad...I had fish but if it was a burger I would have asked "wheres the beef?" The soda was messed up and I didnt see anyone correct it. There was hair in my food, yes they refunded my money and said the cook probably needs to shave his beard. I will never go back there.

The Picture of the steak sandwich on the website is not what it looked like when I ordered it. I would think an 9 dollar sandwich would have more than 40 cents of meat. Very deceptive web site. there are several places near by that will fulfill your hard earned Money. live long and prosper

Small and friendly establishment with some very reasonable prices on their specials. My husband and I both chose from their $5.99 deals and were pleased with the food. He had a fish basket and I had garlic buffalo chicken wings.
