The owner will certainly not listen or like this. He is set to fail with a team of SJW teenagers that laugh hysterically in front of clients. They do not know how to serve people and the owner does not either unfortunately. This is a business not an after school hang out. You dont "YO" customers and you usually you use proper language. FURTHERMORE >>> As many customers noted the food is BLAND and not up to par. It actually really is. We ordered here for "the last time" as our office was not able to come together on a different place. This business is not properly run, the product is bad, and the owner should listen as having hysterical SJWs kids behind his counter is very unlikely to grow his business. That shop could be making 2.5k to 6k per day if changes were to be applied. SAMICH is no go. I hope the owner understand where he is failing.

I dont know why I bother to order from this place as they always screw something up! Today I ordered 2 hot dog with mustard and relish. No mustard in the order. On top of that they charged .50 for relish! Who the heck charges for relish on a hot dog! Next they be charging for the bun! Another co-worker was charged for hot sauce and one was charged for extra ranch dressing and never got that either. Dont order delivery or take out from this place without checking the order carefully! They got the last $7.00 they are getting out of me! And when you call to complain they are very sarcastic and accuse you of yelling at them! They are the worst at customer service! Check out the owners nasty response to people who complain! Never their fault no accountability.

Horrible service from Danny "Manager"! I ordered a LARGE salad paid $11+tip, if that was the size of the large I dont want to see the size of Small. the container was pretty much empty, it was poorly made the only good thing about it was the amount of chicken but i could see the bottom of the container through the lettuce! i called Danny that same day and told him what happened, he told me to call him back next time and he would take care of me. Called Danny and his answer was "Im not delivering to you anymore if you want come pick up a salad here but it wont have any chicken! really?.

As a former employee, my opinion may be biased but Ill share it anyway. This afternoon I got a whole meatball sub delivered for lunch and the entire office was drooling over the smell alone. It was the best damn meatball sub Ive ever eaten! Which is impressive. But whats more impressive is that now (at 7:00pm) Im eating the other half. Cold, straight from the fridge. AND ITS STILL AMAZING!

[EDIT] 4 -> 5 star because of service and friendliness of the staff and owner. No other place like the Samich Shop! Quality food and service like no other. Quality food for a reasonable price. Owner might be a little grumpy but its more of a family owned sandwich shop with lots and lots of options. I eat here at least 3 times a week and have always had delicious meals.

The FOOD IS NOT WORTH THE WAIT , old man at the grill doesnt know what he is doing back there ,waited whole lunch break waiting for a sub and it sucked ,the soups are bland the meats are not the best for the money PUBLIX makes a much better sub and cheaper , its a one star place so unorganized, bland food ,I WOULD NOT SUGGEST THIS PLACE TO ANYONE

OMG, this is the ONLY place my office order from when were at work. If it was closer to my house, Id order here everyday. I have never been disappointed with any single order Ive ever received from them. Theres a ton of flavor, always cooked to order, and a friendly staff on top of it. You wont be disappointed ordering here!

This place was okay up until today 7/19/17, when the so call owner gets on the phone after we can back to inform them an order was wrong and made incorrectly. As the OWNER you get on the phone and try to make things right not ARGUE with your repeat customers. Not a GOOD busy decision sir!! One another note GREAT FOOD!!!

Small Cafe. Mostly sandwiches and fried foods. The people are always friendly. the chili is quite good. The salads are massive with a whole lot of chicken. A bit pricey for everyday eating, but generally worth it once or twice a week.
