THE MOST DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!. I have never been more disgusted. The driver showed up an hour and forty five minuets after ordering. He was super rude. But when I opened my order of sweet and sour chicken I found a dead cockroach after a few bites, this was the most disgusting food experience of my life.I called the restaurant to complain about what just happened, the lady said that the driver will be back to pick up the food and process a refund. The driver got to the door and said how i had a few bites so they are not refunding my money, after i showed him the roach.I called back the restaurant and spoke with the lady, to tell her how rude her driver treated her customer. The lady said he was her husband and she will not be giving me a refund even though their was a roach in my food. Never again and according to health code violation they are not supposed to take food they have delivered from the home back to their restaurant. i am assuming that this is not the first time because they didnt seem surprised and they asked for the food back. So if they have done it once that means they have done it before, which you might be eating reheated food that someone returned after tasting and not liking.

I ordered a delivery from this place and received the absolute worst service you can imagine. Our food arrived over an hour and a half after ordering it and when it finally arrived it was ice cold. When I called the restaurant to complain about the condition of the food the staff was incredibly confrontational and unbelievably rude. We received the worst service imaginable. After complaining the woman at the restaurant was argumentative and said she was sending the driver back to collect the food. When the driver arrived he nearly accosted me for the food and told me, "because we ate two of the ten crab Rangoon I was was being charged for the entirety of the order." He refused to leave and it reached the point where I had to threaten to call the police before he would leave my home. I have never felt so unsafe as I had with this place. When I called back the delivery driver who happened to also be the owner began verbally fighting with me over the phone. Never in my life have I had such horrible customer service. This place is the worst. Now I have to fight with my bank to get my money back. NEVER ORDER OR EAT AT THIS PLACE THEY ARE THE WORST. UNFATHOMABLY RUDE AND OUTSTANDINGLY TERRIBLE.

Delivery was over an hour and a half late and service was horrible. They always forget something in the order you placed. Seems like they just want your money. Service was so bad previously before that my wife and I decided to just order takeout and pick it up instead so they wouldnt be late and forget something and when I arrived 45 minutes after I placed the order and after I gave him my card, I found out they hadnt made it yet and right as hes about to ring up the order I asked how long it would take and please dont ring me up until I know because I really thought of going somewhere else and he was completely ignoring me and charging my card anyway as Im arguing with him over it. They just want your money and they do not care about the customer. They lost a good and loyal customer of over 2 years. Ill never go back.

Ok, We had (3) Orders delivered, General Tsos Combo platter, Sweet and Sour Combo Platter and House rice w/ an Eggroll.....Order was delivered in 16 Mins with no disappointments. Everything was there as ordered.....all food was Hot and Delicious.......I am a " Hot and Sour Soup" Fanatic and their soup certainly ranked highly. Eggs rolls were Awesome......Entire bill was very reasonable and we Got Free Crab Rangoon and an Order of (3) Teriyaki Chicken Kabobs. Very Tasty food, Delivered fast and Hot, Great value, Large portions. we are very happy with our experience with China Palm and will call them again when we want to stay in and have some great food.

Didnt know what we wanted at first and the guy behind the counter walked us through the menu until we decided. Mongolian beef was excellent, great cuts of beef, savory/spicy sauce and perfect veggies. Fried rice was hot and well seasoned. Egg rolls were incredible and the crab rangoon was delicious. Great hot and sour soup and wonton soup. The honey garlic chicken was outrageously delectable. Everything was fresh, there was A LOT if food and it only took 15min to get our order. With a purchase of $17 before tax the order comes with six free crab rangoon. Amazing place for amazing Chinese food!

Crab rangoons were great and so was the soup and the spring roll. Unfortunately, once the main course came, every thing went downhill. Shrimp lo mein was very bland and the kung pao was disgusting. The sauce was super watery and there were wayyy too many peanuts and celery and barely anything else. They never asked us what we thought and when I told her I really didnt like it, she told me I still had to pay for it and she couldnt switch it out. I barely ate any of it and she still charged me almost $10 for it. Will not come back bc they dont care what customers think

Their food is very good, and its always consistent. They also give you a healthy option of the brown rice and no MSG. They offer a family meal deal that gives you 3 entrees, rice, and eggrolls. Its a good deal! I highly recommend for a night in the house and some good take out.

Didnt get free Rangoon as indicated,"crispy shrimp"was super soggy and bland, wonton noodles were stale,took 1hour 18 minutes to deliver and was charged more than the menu price indicated. Will never order from here again. Dont know why I even tipped.

The food is delicious. Some other places I go to have SUPER greasy rice. China Palm isnt like those other places. Food is served quickly and delivery is even faster. I highly recommend them!
