I work at a retail store and we order from this place all the time. First of all they screw up our order all the time and we never say anything about it. This time in particular my co-worker called because we both ordered chicken fried rice and they made us pork fried rice instead. Now for me it wasnt a big deal but my co-worker cant eat pork because he gets sick off of it so it ruined his whole meal. He called them and tried calmly explaining to them about it and the guy who worked there whether it was the owner or manager just started yelling at my co-worker like it was his fault and told him he couldnt do anything for him. Absolutely atrocious service and we will never be ordering from there again. Hope they learn how to treat customers properly and take responsibility for their own mistakes.

We have ordered from China City for years. The management is exceptional at solving even the smallest issue and provides superb customer service. Food is always hot, arrives promptly and portions are very generous. Prices are also very affordable. The food is without exception, flavorful and well prepared. The new additions to the menu are great and adding french fries, etc. makes for an extremely family friendly menu. The new pepper steak recipe is tasty and innovative. We will go to no other Chinese restaurant and will be loyal customers as long as they are in business. Kudos to Chef and Management alike. Best Chinese restaurant in Robinson area.

Perhaps the worst dinner Ive eaten in the 53 years I have been on this Earth. My orange chicken was deep fried to the consistency of marbles and bathed in baseball glove tough orange rhinds. The sauce it was bathed in was thick, gooey and tasteless. My egg roll was supposed to be pork but tasted more like Post Gazette. The rice? There was a lot of it and all of it was awful. Where was Uncle Ben when I needed him??!! I cant dis China City strongly enough. If it became the last restaurant on the face of the Earth I would choose starvation over a return trip.

The container was not nearly as oblong as i would have hoped. The fortune cookie was very misleading, and the staff was far too easy to understand. I do not know how to use chopstcks and they did not offer to instruct me. I was very disappointed to find that there was no china city inside china city. I believe they call that false advertising. In closing, this was the least authentic asian experience i have ever had.

There are two Chinese takeout spots closer to my house, but I still come to and get deliveries from China City. My wife really likes their cheese wonton. Everything I have gotten from them was awesome. Bourbon chicken is sweet and smokey. The General Tsos is spicy sweet with peppers. The fried rice and veggie lo mein are good as well. The service is fast and friendly. You will not be disappointed!

general tsos sauce came in chunky. The rice was not very good because the uncooked beef. Food came so keep it up! The pepsi was great. I do not perfer duck souce because i like ducks and that offends my ducklings. I am sorry to ask but my sister lost her cat the other day and i was wondering if you have seen it anywhere. Her cats name Lou.

The fried rice is disgusting! I have had better rice from a box. If this is the best Chinese food in town, then I strongly urge you to go to the another town! Then to top it off, they charged me for extra soy sauce, which I desperately needed to cover up the flavor of the rice. TWO THUMBS DOWN

ordered delivery 7/17/16. waste of money. the only we received that tasted as it was supposed to were the fortune cookies. my chicken and broccoli had no flavor and my husbands general tsos was dry and flavorless as well. NOT GOOD! first and last time theyll get my business.

I called them and order food then I gave them my card number and It didnt work 2 times. So he said are you kidding me you gave me the wrong number 2 times. Being a ass about it. But i gave him a different one and it worked. But last time ordering from here.

Very sub- par food. I had general tsoas chicken. The chicken was definitely Tyson breaded chicken nuggets and the sauce tasted like bbq, ketchup, soy sauce, and sugar of some sort. I am butt hurt about what I just experienced so I had to right a review.

General Tsos was very greasy. So was the fried rice. The fortune cookie seemed like it was old or stale - no flavor. The only thing that was good was the shrimp eggroll. The prices for lunch is good ~ under $7 ~ but you get what you pay for!

I got the large kung pao chicken & a pepsi for $11.83 not even an eggroll! I wouldnt complain if the food was better. Lets face it at that price$ I couldve & shouldve gone to p.f. Changs & got real service! & much better food!!
