I have been a devoted fan of Olive Garden forever, visiting at least once a month where ever I have lived. We relocated to Pembroke Pines a year ago, and were delighted to find an Olive Garden very close to us. Our first experience eating there was one of the worst dining experiences we have ever had. Foolish me, I decided that it was perhaps just a bad day and we returned. The second experience was the same, and I spoke to the manager. He offered to pay for our meal, but I said that I didnt come for free food, but instead good food. We decided Sunday to give it a third chance, and again foolish me. We were there shortly after 11 AM and ordered the Endless Pasta. It took forty minutes before we received out dishes, and then the pasta was miserably overcooked. In 25 years of eating at Olive Garden I have never returned the pasta as it is their specialty, and has always been al dente. This pasta was actually mushy, and my wife who likes her pasta over cooked, thought this was beyond that description. I asked for another bowl, took ten minutes, and lo and behold it was cooked close to Olive Gardens signature pasta. When I asked for a refill, another fifteen minutes passed and the bowl delivered to the table was the same miserable over cooked pasta. I again asked for a replacement, sat another 15 minutes and was given something somewhat better, but not what it should be. In the previous visits we had returned our dishes because they were delivered cold, not warm, cold, and especially the soups. How sad that a brand name restaurant we love, has to be the worst in Pembroke Pines. Three strikes and your out Pembroke Pines Olive Garden.

I went 4/23/17 to have dinner with my family, the place whats full after 20 minutes the hosts put us on a small table locate it inside the bar. And basically she said sorry but we have no other tables. The table was a bit small however we were hungry. There was a big confusion on who whats going to be our waiter/waitress it seems that no one had the right answer. After 10 minutes I got up and walked up to the bartender Demetrious and requested his help . He stated "Im going to take care of you Sir" Demetrious was very attentive to my needs and immediately took full responsibility of our table. Demetrious has great skills and customer service and took care of us the best way possible. I was very satisfy how employee (Demetrious) went out of his way to take care of all of us , including other the tables at the bar. I give Demetrious a 10 and of course they receive an excellent tip. The food whats the mediocre , need it more attention to details and taste. I will visit this place once again during the week perhaps the food will be better but definitely I will make sure that this gentleman Demetrious Will be our waiter.

My fiance and i have tried to eat here on 2 seperate occasions. We went and there was a very foul moldy smell inside(like you left your clothes in the washing machine for too long). I assumed it was from someones clothes standing by the front door. As we were seated, the smell went all the way to the back of the building. I tried to see if i could get past the smell but could not. My fiance and i left and went to the ale house a few buildings down before we could even order. Since we love olive garden so much and really wanted it, my fiance and i went back about a week later hoping that the smell was gone. Unfortunately,it was not. As soon as we walked through the door,we left. I dont know if the carpet was cleaned and wasnt dried properly but it is a VERY terrible smell. I live so close to it and i would absolutely LOVE if the issue could be fixed. I will never stop eating at olive garden, i just wont be eating at this location.

Bad Hostess service!! Please Mr. Clarence Otis, Jr. take a closer look at the statement on your letter 2nd paragraph first line and quote "based on caring for and responding to people, Daren works to bring a spirit of service to life every day in our restaurants and community..." Sir re-train your hostess on customer service! Maybe to include "how to react when they see a customer on a wheelchair"! We felt very uncomfortable at your restaurant at Pines Boulevard Pembroke Pines, Florida. The food was good. Miss Jenna, our waitress/server eased the sadness and bad taste that your hostess left for us before we sat at the table. I know we should had left but my husband just wanted to forget everything and enjoy the rest of the night. Miss Jennas attitude and caring service should be recognized!! and enroll your hostess for a year 2012-2013 updated Customer service trainng!! V/R June

Went on 8/1/2017 and arrived at 1620. The place was NOT busy. After watching waiters and waitresses walk past our table for 10 plus minutes, I asked a waiter which of the wait staff would be helping us. She finally showed and asked if we were being helped.....my reply was no and ordered a bottle of wine....she stood there looking at me strange and asked what else. I told her to get the wine first and then decide. After that look, we decided to leave. Ridiculous that with the low customer volume that no one waiter/ waitress took it on themselves to extend service. I asked for the manager but the had to call him/ her from somewhere so I was regulated to telling the hostess we will NEVER be back. We left at 1645. We have spent $100s of dollars there but no more....Went to Outback in Davie and received excellent service from Rebecca......

Saludos la atención es muy buena y el idioma no es un problema la comida la sirvieron rápido el problema es que el baño esta limpio pero no han recogido la basura el uniforme de la empleada esta muy sucio y deja una imagen inadecuada sirven buena cantidad de comida pero a mi gusto le faltó un poco más de sazón por lo demás todo bien

This particular Olive Garden is always very busy, even at times you dont really go out to eat apart from lunch and dinner. Ive visited here many times and the food is always good, so they are consistent. However, the service is spotty. Depending on the waiter, you may get fantastic service or below average. With my last visit here, had a waiter that kept forgetting to bring stuff we ordered, bought the wrong starter, and was generally bumbling and stumbling about. I put it down to him being new and we all got to start somewhere! He was a polite young man so his performance didnt distract too much from the overall experience.

I never thought I was going to be so disappointed Waited super long time outside, the buzzer never worked. Got seated and waited for 25 minutes til I decided to get up and ask if we were ever going to be assisted After 10. More minutes someone showed up Awesome waiter, Waited then for salad that got to the table after 30 minutes, manager told me how sorry she was But nothing 1 hour and 20 minutes after we got the food Arrived at 5: 40 Left a 7:50 its ridiculous the terrible service Got free desert and appetizer Still wasted time and we were upset by the time we got the food Will never go back again
