HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - I live right on top of this place. The food is actually delicious but the manager who always wears the backwards hat is extremely rude.....for lack of a better word. Last weekend, I decided to have a pizza with some friends. The line was almost stretching out the door. We decided to wait the long line. However, some of the customers started to leave since the line was not moving at a reasonable pace. Finally, it was my turn to order after waiting 30 minutes. When I approached the counter, the manager out of nowhere started shouting at me stating "that it was my fault for driving some the customers out of the line". I was in shock by the outlandish statements this manager was making. Clearly, customers whom I quote and quote "drove away" decided to leave because of the long wait time. It was evident that this manager didnt know what he was talking about nor anything about customer service. I left immediately to avoid any further altercation with this guy. Funny thing is...two weeks later, I found out from a former employee who lives in my building that this manager tends to get drunk on the job. I mean who would of thought, right !?!

2 separate visits, both disappointing. Had a meatball, they put 2 meatballs which were cut in half a spread throughout the sub roll leaving what seemed 10 to 15% of the sub roll empty on both sides, leaving me feeling cheated. the second visit, I specifically said... if the meatballs do not fill the sub roll, please add another meatball. So another meatball was added telling me that they are aware I am only getting approx. 70% of a sub and the rest is just bread. Oh and rather than improve on what they already know is not cool; they charged me for the extra meatball ($1.95) now bring my total to $8.90! Thats an expensive sub!!! Oh and while I was there I noticed a new sign on the wall that said they will be charging $2.00 for to go cups refills! $2.00! You pay $2.00 for a drink and if you want to take it will you, it’ll cost you another $2.00 making your to go drink $4.00! That’s just BS! Time to find another place to eat. Good thing pizza places are a dime a dozen!

There was a woman taking orders there that not only screwed up what I ordered but over charged me for her mistake. I was just there and then when I told the other gentleman that took over for her, that I had been overcharged. He told me that he couldnt do anything about it and to keep my receipt and come back tomorrow. She charged me for an additional slice and their receipts are not itemized so there is no way for her to know if she made a mistake. Not only was I chastised by an incompetent worker who claimed to "know what she was doing" but I was brushed off by someone who should have rectified the situation. I want to support mom and pop restaurants like this but the service is deplorable and the pizza is marginal. Next time, Im going to Anthonys on Summerlin, at least they know how to treat their customers.

The piazza is great but the service is crap. I came in and immediately this place went down hill. The entire time I was eating I was stared at by the staff and I could hear rude comments. I asked for the food to dine in but I was given a to go bag, when I did not leave but sat and began eating, the staff members began to have a fuss, I even heard the lady that took my money say "so that is what his 3 dollars was for." My meal was 9 dollars I tipped 3 dollars which is 30% but I guess that was not enough. It was my first time here and i promise that it will be my last. Rude staff, horrible service but FREAKING AMAZING PIZZA. This place would have been a 3 of 4 star for me but my experience was just total crap!

The food was quite good. It was 2 or 3 dollars more than for comparable portions at other pizza places, though I would say it tastes better enough to warrant the price difference. The wait was pretty long too. Thats partially explained by the fact that everything except pizza by-the-slice seems to be made when you order it, (which is a good thing) but the wait seems a bit long even for that. Otherwise the service was fine, neither great nor terrible. I would probably go back, but only with some good company.

-Decent tasting pizza as long as the only topping you get, if any, is pepperoni. Every time I get something else as a topping that topping either gets overcooked or is raw. -Some of the staff need to take customer service classes since numerous times I have come to this place and some people tend to be rude in the worst possible way, and its always the same people. -Compared to other pizza places in the area (Anthonys and Pizza @ Eola) I would say this is the cheapest option.

My sister and I are practically bruschetta connoisseurs and I must say, this is most likely the BEST bruschetta we have had yet!! So fresh and absolutely delicious! We also had mozzarella sticks that were fresh and light, very yummy. I went with a 10" Margarita pizza and it is also so fresh and light, just beautiful. We will most definitely be back next time we are in town. We cant believe their rating is only 3.9. This place is a GEM. Get the bruschetta.

Food was ok, service was bad. Really slow turnaround on food orders when all that was ordered was two philly cheese steaks, fries and a calzone. Probably took about 30 minutes for us to get the food. Then we asked for ketchup for fries and cheese steak and it took about 10 minutes for the ketchup. Took almost ten minutes to get a to go box as well. They werent busy there was maybe ten other people in restaurant. Our server wasnt very nice either.

This is a good casual spot to grab a slice of pizza. My husband and I like that we feel comfortable just grabbing a table here after running around and playing with our son on the green space at Lake Eola. The pizza is good. The service is not terrible, and we just appreciate it for what it is. They also serve fresh espresso which is pretty awesome to me!

I choose garlic and feta cheese pizza, wich was delicious. I was concerned when I noticed the guy getting my pizza without gloves. Well, was late and I was tired and hungry, so I hope this review will taking care of it and they learn from it, by starting use gloves when handling food. They have gluten free pizza optios as well.

The service was really good. The food on the other hand...side salad was tiny for the price, our orders were mixed up. We were given a chicken parmagana sandwich when we were expecting a plate. The sauce seemed out of a can and was over everything Good for a cheap eat. Wish I had a better review!

The pizza is good if you dont add any toppings to it. GREAT garlic knots, good lattes. I ordered a supreme-esque pizza slice one time, and the vegetables were uncooked. Raw onions on my pizza. Had to pick them off to eat it. However, the white pizza with no toppings is decent.
