This review is specifically for Sunday Brunch: AMAZING food HORRIBLE service Douschy atmosphere Hostess that promises youll be sat within 2 hours (yes! A ridiculous wait time, especially when there was nobody standing around waiting except the all booked tables and the people at the bar). The problem is the hostess says shes keeping an eye out for a table if you put your name on a list, but the moment you leave, a group of bros and their college girlfriends are gonna snag any table that comes up and you will never be called. Now, you might think Im just being bitter... But let me tell you, I live 2 blocks away and understand how delicious AVENUEs food is. But for the past 4 weeks, literally every Sunday this has happened. SO... If youre looking for a better atmosphere with caring staff with decent food and great drinks, look across the street to Dapper Duck. If you want to be a dousche, look no further. AVENUE is your place.

If youre looking for an amazing brunch and well priced mimosas, Avenue Gastrobar is the jackpot. The food is packed with flavor and you couldnt really ask for a better location downtown. Right in hub of downtown Orlando, Avenue is hard to miss. The interior is rustic with a nice but small patio area. It can get packed quick so to be safe Id get a reservation The staff is kind but, seem to get lost after you order. Had to flag our waitress down a few times. Now heres the real treat! The food is great! The loaded tots off the brunch menu is so good we ordered it twice. Its more of an appetizer than a meal but its delicious. The chorizo burrito was awesome and the breakfast tacos were too die for. There isnt really anything bad on the menu. The bottomless mimosas is the real MVP. 13$ for bottomless champagne and a variety of juices to mix with!

For dining it offers a unique selection of burgers and sandwiches all too be paired with a drink suggestion. A nice place to eat if youre looking for a familiar type of food with an altered, but still very tasty, twist. If anything you should try their breaded french fries, which I havent seen anywhere else. At night it becomes a great place to drink and watch sporting events. The only thing Id mark against this place is the pricing and the crowd when it gets busier. But granted, drinks will always be expensive if you want one and itd be strange if a bar in the main street of downtown Orlando wasnt busy.

2nd time Ive been there with my friends. Should have known better than to come back. Our server was very disappointing and the place wasnt that packed! 8 of us at the table and placed our orders and coffee. 10 mins go by and still no coffee. When it finally arrived it was cold. So they had to brew another batch which took another 5 mins. Then we had to keep asking for basic things like salt/pepper, utensils, creamer/sugar, etc when you think would be standard things to have at a table. The food was good but that didnt compensate for a lousy service. They need more staff or train their servers better.

The food here is delicious. We came on a Sunday for brunch. They take their reservations a little too seriously. We get here and we got seated without a reservation quickly in an empty restaurant. Other people had to wait while the tables were empty for about an hour and a half. Several tables couldve come and gone while reserved parties showed up. Dont come if you dont have a reservation.

Watched everyone who came in after us get their food. Took over 35 min to get our food. My cuban was cut in two with one side pork sandwich and one side ham sandwich....no merging other that one piece of ham on pork side that was smaller than the tip of my finger. Asked to speak to manager and was comped $1.50 off my bill. Will not be going back.

Service was horrible, they genuinely dont care for you. From the hostess to the bartender, everybody had a nasty attitude. Food came out an hour later and it was dry. we saw our waitress maybe 3 times the whole 2 hours we were here. Had to stand up and go to the bar to get refills on our drinks.Take your money elsewhere.

I had the Cali sandwich and it was A+. I will definitely be going back to try something else. Changed rating from 4 to 5 since I went back and tried a different dish. And it was also incredibly good. Recommend to any local or out of towner. Both times have been around lunch time (1pm)

The chorizo quesadilla was not bad, was expecting it to be more flavorful. The truffle fries and the Arnold Palmerita I ordered, however, were SO good! The vibe is pretty cozy and overall its a nice place to hang out for a while. Going back to try brunch sometime soon.

Its one of the worst experiences I have ever had at sports bar and grill.Just left there and service is horrible after 15 mins no service finally walked out. Workers looked at me and my friend ignored us. P.S. I hope it wasnt cause we were minorities.

Food was good, but it was the worst service I have ever had. Forgot my drink, food came after everyone else was done. They brought the wrong beer for my friend. They didnt bring my wifes food at all and then asked if she still wanted it. Not good.

The mimosas are delicious, but it took quite some time to get a hostesses attention, even though I had called ahead and had a reservation. It was not immediately obvious where to wait, but we were served respectfully and promptly.

Food was great and atmosphere is awesome. My only complaint is the wait was pretty long, especially for a slow weekday lunch. Maybe not the most ideal for a lunch on a work day if you need to get in and out within an hour.

Great place, amazing atmosphere on the heart of Orlando, we order a chicken slider, but unfortunately the chicken pieces were hard, same issue with the chicken quesadilla. Overall great place.

Went in on a Tuesday night around 11:30pm. Stood at the bar and the male bartender just kept walking by. No greeting, no eye contact, and there was no one at the bar. So, just left.

For such a well rated place is it too much to expect clean glasses, and a bartender that knows how to make a margarita!? Not to mention they used regular table salt on the glass

Pretty good place to catch some games or get your grub on. Decent beer list and full bar so your glad should never be empty. It gets busy but not quite to obnoxious levels.

Cool spot in downtown Orlando to grab a bite to eat. The beer was average price and the food was good. Definitely had a downtown atmosphere which should be expected
