I came in and a hostess did not bother to assist us with our seating. We chose a high top chair, and decided to look at the menu, later our server (he was nice) came and took our order, he seemed like he had too many tables on his own, so he hurried on. Then after a while we got our drinks, we looked at the menu, and knew we wanted wings, it took forever to get the server back to our table, we gave our order, and left. Later, literally like later, we got some wings that looked and tasted uncooked. Kitchen was in a rush too I guess. We were not satisfied, so to change the order, we had to wait again awhile. When we saw one of the servers, I waved her down, and told her about the wings, she told me that she will let my server know, and get me a new order. The server came back, to tell us after a long time waiting that our order was coming up. Okay, so after waiting at this point, I looked at my drink and wanted another one, but then I decided if I order another one, I will have to wait another 20 minutes for a server and another 20 minutes for my drink, (this is bad) because the place was kind of not crowed, I decided not to order anything else, 1) because it was difficult to find someone, and 2) because it will take forever. When we finally got our wings, we ate it, and had to wave down the server again for the check. We left, and decided that this is not a place to come back to. I wont recommend it.- told a couple of people already not worth coming here. Go to a place that has not recently opened, they might treat you better.

So this was my first time going to it for dinner. Went in and look cool. But when we got seated we waited 10mins before we got drinks. Then when we got our appetizers it didnt have the main ingredient but the time we notice we had already eaten 1/4 of it. Then we waited awhile before we could tell them that it didnt and they didnt even offer to refire the whole thing but just to bring cooked chicken out. After a while our entrees came out. Not only did the chicken never came but my burger was well done not medium rare. When the waitress took it back she said the manager would come by to talk to us about our services. Someone came but never stated who they were then tries to offer dessert. When the burger came out it was still well done. By then everyone was finishing eating. They even still had the nerves to charge us full price for the appetizer even though it was made wrong. All in all I never left an establishment without tipping but tonight was one of those rare nights. Not coming back again for sure!

Nice looking spot, decent beer list, terrible service. Stood at the bar for a full 10 minutes before the angry looking bartender asked me what i wanted to drink, then told me they were out of what i wanted, no recommendation, just more irritated looks from her. I asked for a recommendation, she handed me the beer list and walked away lol, another 5 minutes past before she came back. I would understand if the place was busy but it wasnt. Got my beer, drank it, and waited some more to be offered a refill.. nothing lol. I had to stand up and stare at all the bartenders and wave like an idiot before one finally decided to come over to the me and ask me what i wanted. I ordered another beer and a shot for my friend... more angry stares lol. I almost left without paying because i had to again, stand and wait and beg for this chicks attention just so i could pay my bill. I really wanted to eat here someday but i highly doubt Ill roll those dice again haha.

Food was good. Blackened fish tacos were great. But the service at the bar was horrible. They changed shifts midway through my meal, so I cashed out and tipped the bar tender. He was doing a good job. But after he left it went down hill fast. There were several patrons, not a lot. Several servers were standing around or sitting at a table with nothing to do. Thats fine, but the bar tender kept going over there and talking too, with people at the bar. After the first guy left, the bar was for the most part unattended. Several people were griping and complaining about it. I eventually got frustrated and left.

The manager physically took my beer glass out of my hand after closing time even though we had all paid our tabs and were abiding by any rules as we were a group of restaurant workers from near by. What happened next was a pure disappointment as a kitchen worker then attacked a co worker of mine and a brawl broke out. The cops were called and and apparently "no cameras around the bar" to show what really happened.... Our waiter was great! poor management to say the least

Hate rating this so low but it is what it is. The staff were great. Very friendly. My meal was decent but not great. The loaded tots were a high point. The burger was just so so. Bun wasnt great and it was a little overcooked. The main issue we had was that a solid third of their draft beers were out. Im not sure what happened (bar manager quit?), but having all of your best beers out on a holiday weekend is a bad thing.

Crowded on a Wed. Got there and found out there were happy hour specials 10 minutes before it ended and ordeted only for the waitress to come back 5 minutes after it ended to tell us she wasnt able to place the orders. 5 of us were in our party from up north traveling on business. The atmosphere was good but for the prices of dinner and drinks, it is not worth placing this restaurant on our places to visit next time.

Sat at the bar for a causal drink and food after a hard days work (No one greets you or tells you its self seating btw). Was ignored by staff while there, when I asked a couple questions about the place, the bartender had an attitude with her response. I felt rushed with placing my order and they were quick to get me out of there. The burger and fries were the only good thing I can say about the place.

We were not greeted at the door and there were no signs to wait to be seated or to seat ourselves. We were told there would be a 45 minute wait after the hostess finally got to us. Decided to make the wait at the bar. 15 minutes at the bar being ignored by the bar tenders passed after we finally gave up and left. No drink prices on the menu either. I dont think well be returning anytime soon.

Myranda was our server today and she was EXCELLENT, despite how difficult our party was. I was a server once, and I wouldve hated my table, but she provided great service and adhered to company policies from the moment she took over. Ive been to this location no less than 10 times, and she has been the best server Ive had hands down. The food tasted amazing, and the drinks were delicious!
