This store is absolutely incompetent. We ordered online (unfortunately its the one closest to my home) and they cancelled the order claiming they always call first before starting the order, and that the number they dialed was disconnected. I called them from the same cell. The so called "manager" stated she called herself and that we were wrong. Im calling from he same cell!! There was no apology, no concern, nothing. So we complained to the corporate office. Of course they sent us a coupon to the same store with their sincerest apologies. We ordered this time for pick up at 7:52 pm. They said itll be ready in 20 mins, we were standing there for waiting for our pizza, along with other very upset customers that were waiting for ever. The customer after us, got his order before us. Theyre "20" mins turned into an hour before we received our order. Please do not order from this place!! And Pizza Hut corporate if you read these, clean that place up, please!!

With so many horrible reviews, how is this place still working? Why hasnt Pizza Hut done anything to change the customer service? I ordered my pizza at 10:30, its 12:31 and I havent received it. I called and a lady picked up and when I started talking she said "Oh hell naw" and hang up. So I am calling again and currently on hold for 32 minutes. This is not okay, we customers shouldnt have to go through this. I have no food at home at the moment so i am relying on my pizza hut order to feed a bunch of people, and we are all starving. A place like this should be shut down or at least they should change the staff. Over 80 negative 1 star reviews. Excuse me? Zero consideration for the customers. From now on I will only order from Dominos, this is ridiculous. And the irony, when you are on hold theres a woman speaking about how much they care for their customers and their pizzas. Unbelievable.

food was ok BUT THE SERVICE SUCKED!!!!!!!! i guess thats what happens when you put a bunch of dumb little kids in charge of a pizza hut when i walked in there it was 8pm 9/8/13 and there was a girl talking all sorts of profanitys i felt like i was in a rap video then there was another girl on her personal phone trying to figure out where she can find chicken nuggets yelling as loud as she could honestly they should fire everyone except the food because my pizza was ok but the service was awful i can honestly say just because of the service i would rather drive to miami lakes which is out of my way but i would much rather deal with employees with combatants and that are happy to have a job and what to serve the customer STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IT SUCKSS!!!!!!!!!!!

If I can give half a star I soooo would. I ordered delivery an it was stated 45 min to an hour I said thats fine gave my card an all the info. After 2 hours i called asking whats going on and they said they cancelled my order due to one missed call that they made I checked the phone an noooo calls were miss I asked is there a away I can get the pizza here in less the half an hour and they stated NO you have to place the order again an wait the max time also I HAVE TOO PAY AGAIN!!! An Im 2 weeks they will credit me back the charge of the first order. No superviser was able to help an they couldnt do anything about it. Never again will I order from them again!!!

No Star!!!This place is Horrible stay away...Manager he is a Real Queen honey smh...I placed an Order online and he Cancelled my order because he said I didnt answer my phone..BS!!.I never got a call once nor did they offer to put in another order I believe he Cancelled my order because they was packed and lazy...everyone is rude and I didnt appreciate the treatment I got...you dont want these type of angry rude people to be handling your food anyway they probably will spit in it for real....Im pissed off because it was a large order for a party!!!! They just did me so wrong Im in disbelief!!!

Pizza hut is great always taste good but the great tasting food can only do so well when customer service is foul mouthed and unhelpful i order a pizza and had no issues ordering it they said it would be about an hour because they were short staffed i said no problem, two hours later after waiting for said food i was then told four hours wait to which i was obviously not going to work after waiting my two hours patiently i was then told "why cant you MF wait like everyone else" i was highly upset with this foolishness i say fire them all and start over.

Call 2 days before you actually want the pizza to be ready, they take forever to get a pick up ready. 5 employees working in the store and only 1 knows how to work the front. After 30 mins of him working in the back making pizzas along with the the rest of the workers just eating and looking at all 13 of us customers the guy finally comes out. In our long wait i tried to call the store phone(which was some kind of cell phone) and they deliberately turned it off!!! Worst place ever!! Be careful, take your business somewhere else.

Horrible will never order from here again the pizza was disgusting last time so I only ordered wings after three hours and having to call back multiple times as well as walk to the front gate, they call and tell me they cant deliver the order. I can pick it up. If I wanted to pick it up I would have done that from the start. They will also claim to not have your soda. This is something Ive experienced from more that one Miami Pizza Hut. Its so sad that the service is so bad here in Miami.

Pizza Hut is no good dont buy there no more I place order at 6:24 and send me the email confirmation delivery time 7:34 pm but I receive the delivery at 8:44 more then 1 hours late and when I get the pizza was the incorrect one I call the store in Miami Gardens 47 nw 183 ave and I ask for the manager Chris Vera and dont even help me with my orde and my two kids hungry that is so messed up they dont know how to speak no customer service And stills 10:25pm and I dont have my pizza

Worst service ever the people who work there act like they really dont want a job because theyre rude girls that were working there dont even know how to speak english and when asked to repeat what they said they would get sarcastic i got wings drowned in oil with all the oil in my container no bag or sauces for my wings when i asked for some they took the longest to give me some. Pizza hut is good but your staff is putting this restaurant on the line

Been ordering from this place for a little over year worst disappointment ordered a pan Hawaiian pizza did not ask for hair to be added disgusting I called asked to speak to the manager they would not put the manager on the phone if youre going to order from this pizza place I suggest you think twice they are disgusting the delivery man was sick sneezing all over my food if I could put a picture up I will do just that never again
