This location was excellent when it first opened. The staff were friendly, clean, fast, and good at what they did... then one day it was as if every single face I recognized at this location had disappeared and all of a sudden my delicious burritos turned in to cold ones. I feel as though every time I go here, I get the last scrapings off the bottom of the pan of chicken, rice, etc. They will literally give me a 1/10th of a scoop of beans and move it down the line when theres clearly not enough... and dont get me started on all the tattooed white kids that have busted my burrito open only to decide that the best route of action is to dump all the ingredients out of the busted tortilla in to a new one, making the entire thing cold and borderline inedible. I used to eat here 2-3 times a week, now I wont even consider it... For the price I pay I expect the person making my burrito to at least consider whether or not it looks edible, but sadly they dont seem capable of doing such things at the St. Lucie West location. Id avoid this place until the management figures out how to hire people who actually give a crap about keeping their job.

Soooooo busy to order in person, line wraps the building. We mostly order online and pick it up, but last time I ordered a steak burrito with guac I got home and discovered they didnt put steak or guac in it at all! And when I called to pick up a replacement (at my inconvience and more gas money) they said this happens all the time that meat or main ingredients are forgotten in the burrito orders! Youd think with all that business theyd train the employees to handle the high influx of customers to maintain a high level of quality before too many people get messed up orders and stop going here.

Customer service lacks, there could be a little more personal interaction. Didnt find it to be all the clean. The fajita veggies were over cooked as they were transparent in color. Corn tacos fell apart. Should should start using to corn tortillas to help the issue as every other Chipotle I have been to does. Daughter wouldnt eat the chicken like anything else she comes in contact with if she wont eat it there is something wrong. To give a toddler a taco combo from the kids meal that they expect her to make.. give me a break. QDOBA IS SOOOOO MUCH BETTER!

Chipotle its self has become a favorite !!! The Location in SLW Florida has to be the Best by far!! The restaurant is always clean, Food is Fresh, Service is Quick and Accurate !!! But the Staff at this location always makes it a Pleasure to keep coming back. They are Always Pleasant, Happy and Looking to make sure that you are Happy with the Service. They go Above and Beyond to make your experience a nice one. Especially the Staff tonight, Barry, Lisa, Laura, Dylan and Alex !!

Is it just me or is it very loud in this chipotle compared to others? Its close to the flying J so its great for us chipotle loving truck drivers. Oh and by the way, if you want a selection you shouldnt go to any chipotle right before its closing, or really any restaurant right before its closing. Thats when you get the bottom of the pot food and disgruntled workers. If its the middle of the day and they have minimal food, just wait a couple minutes, the fresh food is coming.

Im honestly surprised to see the many positive reviews for this location. Dont get wrong, I love chipotle. It is one of my favorite places to eat because of its freshness and flavor but this location lacks that. The past 3 times Ive been here there is always something missing. Stale chips, tasteless dressing and bland chicken. I wont be coming back for a while to this location and its a shame because they are convenient to where I stay when Im in town.

This chipotle is consistent. What I mean by that is, their flavors arent all over the place (i.e. the chicken isnt too salty or under seasoned). I have had that several times at a different chipotle that I frequented. I enjoy the quick turnaround time from start to finish. Even if there is a special order. This is like every other chain however, and dont expect 5 star cuisine. But for the price, you cant beat it. I enjoy the place everytime I visit.

I absolutely Love this place. Its a bit of a drive but its definitely worth it! I cant stand the loud, cafeteria-like atmosphere but everything else is perfect!! The people are always extremely friendly and most of them remember me, even though I only go a few times a month. The food is DELICIOUS and the prices are very reasonable. It is constantly busy so you know its a great place!

Couldnt give chipotle anything but 5 stars duh! Staff is usually nice and isnt cheap with the food.With that said. I always get chicken (always delish) and today I sampled their steak but it was overcooked and bland just super spicy; however everything else is pretty tasty. This place has convenient pickup parking, lines do get big but the employees are pretty fast.

This place has really turned around! Staff is super friendly, food is great, and the restaurant is very clean!! Always had a great experience there. I recommend this place to everyone and their friends. St. Lucie Wests management staff really knows what they are doing, hiring great people, and getting to know their customers.

I love Chipotle. I try to come in at least one a week and get a steak bowl. The portions are good, although the price of guacamole is insane. Its a fast paced, assemble line sort of restaurant, with a distressed, exposed pipes sort of atmosphere. I dont dig the decor, but I love the restaurant. Will be back.

I always order online during peak business hours knowing its a hot spot for dinner and Ive always been overly sastified with the service and the product. Its always ready for me right on time and the few times I go through the line Ive always had good experiences. Great jog guys!

Not very well run. I have placed my order online more than once, and when I go to pick it up you can tell they never received it and they start making it while Im waiting. Busy times they always run out of food. The food itself is good though just like any other chipolte

This place sucks, I went there and they were all out of almost everything. They were only able to put the smallest amount of rice and meat in my burrito bowl and the employees were very rude about everything. I wont ever go back to this place.

This is by far my favorite chipotle restaurant. The staff is great and they move quickly. Barry stands out with his positive attitude and always seems to be in a good mood. I always see him working hard. Always a good experience here

Atmosphere is nice and the food is good. They started skimming you on the meat, plenty people in line have to say can i have a little more please. A small outside seating area. Usually busy during noon and 5pm.
