I had the misfortune of dealing with a barista who was rude and not fit for starbucks. Thankfully be inform me it was hood last day. But not without making my morning stop miserable. I ordered my drink and proceeded to the bar area to wait. As many starbucks have a pitcher of water available I wad looking for it, they didnt have any. So I asked if I could have glass with a little bit of water. He ordered me to go back in line to ask for because he didnt have cups near him, :o. I asked for the cup and he wouldnt give me water. Then he told me it was starbucks policy not to give water. Then I told him how rude he was the times I had him. To which he responded "today is my last day". I asked the other barista if she could make my drink, because I didnt wanted a bitter barista to make my drink. Everybody in the store was very scare or something to do something. I asked for a supervisor for a manager, nnobody responded. Then the bitter barista made my drink I refused it. I said I would Paid for another one of thats what it took for the other barista to make it. Again none of the other 5 baristas responded. To which he proceeded to ask me to leave and refunded my drink. If I may add. I was not rude, he was. I was using my normal voice tone, he wasnt. I am not coming back to that store. Please be aware, fortunately he wont be there I believe his name was jon. Being a former barista myself I am so sad for the people who carry that title and do what starbucks stands for is very very sad.

Im a regular here so this is not just a review of one visit. 80% of the baristas and cashiers are fantastic. The other 20% are miserable. Seating is very limited, two comfy lounge chairs, only one is near an outlet! Two duece hightops, no outlets, one large confernce style table with limited outlets, one round deuce that shares an outlet with one of the loungers and then six round dueces placed in pairs but again no outlets. The store has one unisex restroom, located in the rear of the store. The restroom is not the cleanest not the most convenient location. If the store is busy, you cant get passed the people in line to get to the dirty restroom and if you do, you may have to wait in line. Did I mention the lack of outlets?? This is Starbucks, they need to step it up. Ive been to plenty of Starbucks who have the outlets built into the tables and a few that even have touch chargers in the table tops! Oh, and no drive thru. But thats not really a concern for me but for others it could be a deal breaker.

Wow they were busy this morning. No problem with that...but when I am waiting for 30 min and a friend I was talking with who says they cam in after me walks out with their coffee it seems like a good time to ask about it??? Being told I "hadnt waited very long" is the wrong answer. After watching 2 others ask about their coffee and being offered gift cards did not help. 5 min later asked her to show me the cup with my name on it....could not produce it in the next 20 or so drinks. Finally she realized that maybe, sometimes, the wrong coffee is taken accidentally by others. Done venting but still a bit annoyed that someone does this every day and doesnt get that. Oh well. Thanks Dunkin for the coffee.

I love starbucks. Staff was nice. But I ordered and then said I want to load 15 on my card. So instead of using my loaded starbucks card she charged everything on the one bank card thats okay its my fault but my account shows that my starbucks card got used at the branch for my drink how is that possible I have the receipt the only receipt that shows I paid for everything I got on one card? I dont live there I live in Volusia county. I am assuming the cashier either accidently used my card for my drink after I paid for it on the other card or she bought herself something with my card. Thanks a lot.

The girl put whipped cream on top about the size of a snail...I said more whipped cream...she said it wont fit cause the cup was too full... I said pour some out then... She complied and sloshed it down the side yet put the holder and top almost on and I said...youre giving me sticky cup...she poured it in a new one whip creamed it and put enough drizzle to satisfy a bingeing chocoholic! !!...finally I left in a state of bewilderment

The homosexual man who is very overweight and the old woman who clearly is going through menopause and also very raggedy and gross who work here were very rude about my order. I had three requests for my ice green tea latte and they mocked me the whole time about me order. To the point of discouragement. This Starbucks promotes bullying i would avoid at all cost.

Hard to differentiate one Starbucks from another, here in Central Florida. This one has great service, friendly team members, always has everything on hand and has never made a mistake with my orders. If I had to nit-pick, I would say that they usually keep the A/C too cold in there.... walk with your jacket.

Its Starbucks. High prices and mediocre coffee for hipsters. But the service here isnt terrible. This Starbucks is situated around an up and coming area, so a lot of spoiled brats go here for their morning lattees. Havent had a bad experience yet, but there are better places to go around here for good coffee.

No customer service - the barista never even approached the counter to wait on me, just kept telling me she was listening to me from 7 feet away. No interest in taking my order at all, and the Creme Brulee Latte was so nasty I was ready to forget Starbucks completely - I wont ever stop at this one again.

Great coffee, but super slow on quick drinks. I always notice the more involved drinks get the focus. Quick drinks like cold brews are still forced to wait in line to be filled. I waited 10 minutes for a black cold brew. Seems silly. Its an 8 second pour that can be done while the blender is whirring.

Dont go here. The drinks taste watered down. I was the only person in line, while three employees were behind the counter. All three saw me and did not acknowledge me. When I finally got to the register, the barista didnt even smile. I wish there was another Starbucks in Ocoee.

Super busy location around 8:30-10am. No drive through. BUT they are moving about 1 mile West soon. Will have a drive through and slightly bigger sit down area. Staff remembers me and works hard to get it right even with a long line and tons of mobile orders.

Its baaackkk..Pumpkin Spice Latte!!! WOO-HOO..LOVE IT!! you need to get this!! They also have a new drink.. Graham Cracker Latte.. which is pretty good but be careful that one stays super HOT for a long time.. Im talking steam and everything. Enjoy!!

This particular Starbucks is awesome. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Ive only been to this one a handful of times and the Baristas know both my boyfriends name and mine and what we like to order. I love the atmosphere here.
