This location gave me the worst service and coffee Ive ever had at any Starbucks. I swung by the drive thru on my way to Lake Mary, ordering two Frappuccinos that should have totaled around $8 to $10, only to get to the window and be told that my total was $14. It had been a while since Id been to a Starbucks, so I thought that the prices might have raised a bit, but after paying I was given the incorrect drinks. When I asked the cashier about my order he didnt know what to do, and a girl working inside with him became aggravated and took over the register to give me my correct change. She then proceeded to not let him assist her in making the correct drinks, opting instead to make them herself while he just stood there watching. She made them hastily and they were terrible, watered down versions of what they should have been that barely tasted like anything. By this point I was too frustrated with their lack of professionalism and customer service skills to bring the drinks back through the drive thru or inside, so I simply drove off knowing that I would never give this location my business ever again.

They never can make a drink correctly!! Going to this Starbucks is a total waste of money. They seriously need to better train staff to know the recipes at this location. At this point I would rather drink the awful coffee at work then continue to waste money here. Its so bad that they remake the drink and its worse than the first time. Ive been going to Starbucks since 1997 in many cities across the country. This location needs a new manager that can train staff properly. They lost me as a customer (20 years) as I will not return to any Starbucks now.

Ordered a frappacino no added sugar, made it very clear that no sugar free products was added, just plain old frozen coffe. I dont taste the drink as Im on my way to work. I get to work, drink my frap, taste sugary but Im thinking maybe this is normal since Im not a regular starbucks drinker. I then check my blood sugar and it is very high (I am diabetic) so I can only assume that they did not give me my drink sugar free. Thanks Starbucks for almost killing me today. Work has been quite delightful with a blood sugar reading of 223.

Service is getting a lot better lately. Initially it was a little slow and sometimes not too friendly- Does not mean anyone was not being helpful, just compared to other stores where everyone seems to be extra friendly. ****** Bogo day was a disaster today. It took 30 mins and when I got to the window, no one knew what I had ordered. What a mess. Seems like no one was prepared and very disorganized.

Messed up my order several times through the drive through. Im talking like completely different things from what I actually ordered. The last time I went I saw them give my drink order to the people in front of us in the drive through. Then they remade our order again and it was extremely watery. I dont think management here is a top priority for them.

A great and convenient place to get your caffiene fix. The place is roomy with a relaxing atmosphere and the staff is very welcoming and friendly. This place can get busy so in the morning hours so order online If you can or use the drive through. Drink quality is what you would expect in a good Starbucks location.

Such a Great Experience! When i ask if they offered military discount they responded with "sadly we dont but, this one is on us" she gave me my drink completely free. Best customer service experience Ive ever had at a starbucks. Plus they made me the best green tea frap ever!!

I cant speak for the counter service, but the drive-thru service at this location is not that great. However, it is conveniently located near many large companies. Be careful when entering the parking lot because the entrance for the drive-thru is a little strange.

If youre in a hurry, dont come to this Starbucks. Drive thru takes forever each time and the coffee is always wrong. They have someone pre taking your order, and it still took 10 mins to move through drive thru, and of course, the coffee was wrong

Great shop in an office dense area. Very nice staff. Just wish they had the full Starbucks offering like clover and alcohol service for a nice happy hour fix away from the less classy or overly pretentious options nearby.

WORST! customer service. These kids pick up the phone and theyre not even willing to work at all! Had the balls to send me to the mobile app. Which is NOT working at that moment and thats the only reason i called. Smh

Cant distinguish sizes properly. God forbid you inform them that you asked for a different size, literally shuts down the entire shop. Theyll sit there dumbfounded while they try to process what youve just told them.

Beautiful & convenient location/drive thru. Awesome friendly staff that are quick, efficient, and very knowledgeable! Home away from home atmosphere. So glad to have another Starbucks in the Lake Mary/Heathrow area.

Generally it has good service. Although everytime I order a frappicino it tastes like chocolate milk. When I told the manager about it she seemed like she didnt care. I would like this issue to get resolved.
