I went there and after a 3 minute wait to order at the drive thru ( I mention this because there was ONE car in front of me), the lady asked me for my order to which I replied, a #4, medium size with a sweet tea, she then replies, what drink? what size, small medium or large? sheesh, if they would only listen! Then I get my food and drive back to work and have to wrong sandwich, no straw or napkins! Totally incompetent! Please hire people who listen! Get a new manager or something as all i have read on here are bad comments!

Go get you some fried oreo. They are one of the few places that have them now. Hopefully all of them will have it by the end of the month. Theres always a line at this bk, service is slow.The other day I took 12 minutes on drive thru, for 6 fried ore and there was more than 3 cars behind me.

every freaking time we go thru drive thru they find some way to mess up the order, order the King Croissant with bacon and sausage they give you double sausage or they forget the fries , or if ya add bacon ya get no bacon. People are nice but incompetent

Horrible. Shake machine has been broken for weeks and they gave me burgers with just mustard after i had to repeat to them "only ketchup" twice.
