I rather drive 10min to a further BK than go this location. Not quite sure if the restaurant is under stocked or the staff prefers to say they dont have something to avoid working. I have driven past the order screen many times because 4 out of 5 things I have ordered are not available. If youre looking for the veggie burgers that are clearly on the menu dont come here, apparently Miami shores has either a large population of vegetarian BK fans or they refuse to make them. I guess you could come here to get whatever food is already made and waiting because nothing else will be available. Not to mention the times Ive come an hour before closing and they are already closed or the cash register is "out of order".

My significant other went to buy us a quick lunch and when he arrived at home he realized that he had items missing from his bag, which we were charged for. Not only did they forget to fill our order the food they did hand us was horrible!! One of the sandwiches they made was more mustard then anything else! I have been calling them for the past half hour!! And they have yet to pick up! I do not recommend this Burger King! Never again!

Worst BK ever! I order a whopper with cheese combo, and inside of the top bun was burnt that I couldnt even eat it. The fries were cold and stale with too much salt. The employee who made that sandwich knew damn well, that whopper didnt meet Burger King standards. I blame the management for allowing their staff to do whatever they want. Theres no guidance or leadership involved with the team.

Bad customers service, employee are rude,they forgot to put the french fries in the bag , I hate places like this , they need diferente employees and new manager, I have been in many burgerking and mostly they are good but this one is a terrible place, they dont say hi but they dont say thank you iether ,order tooked wrong ,

Service here has always been pretty good. Friendly employees and definitely more helpful than other locations I happen to frequent. Open really late too and usually a location that has deals promoted on television.

The soda dispenser was not working but that didnt stop them from offering soda in their meal plan. I brought it to their attention but they wouldnt care. The fries were stale as well. Will not be returning.
