Its very hard to get the title of worst service in Miami, but this waitress is DEFINITELY working hard for the title. This is an old school bagel diner. The food is standard diner food. Nothing to get excited about, but what made me write this review is that usually the staff are super friendly, but today I got a waitress who really made me say "wow, I genuinely didnt think service in Miami could get any worse." Her hair was a mess. Tattoos on her arm and an attitude. She behaved like a teenager who was told she cant go to the mall. Literally being passive aggressive towards us. The customer!! Im soooo sorry madam that I like to see a menu before ordering or that it is such an inconvenience for you. Im soooo sorry you forgot half my order. Im soooo sorry you couldnt be bother to do your job. Im literally so angry and upset I feel like walking out. The owner is here but hasnt stopped by our table once. Hes stopped by many others but the one table who is complaining he could care less.

I go here as a last resort place, but after today I would rather drive to Mos or Bagel Bar East. Just ran in for a bagel with cream cheese and swiss, when I opened the door and stood at the to go counter, that Russian woman says nothing to me but gives me a dirty look as if I am bothering her, mind you the place was empty. I did not say anything just looked at her, untill she finally said can I help you. Again so put out by my order, than she gives me the price with was $7. I said really, and she proceeded to give me a break down of the price. I told her I have never paid this much for a simple order. I said you just make up prices? Whatever, outside of the rude Russian woman who has been there forever, their food is awful. The cream cheese was sour and my bagle stale. I dont know how dirty dining has not closed this place up, it is dirty and the food it not stored properly. Last time in this dive.

1st TIME and LAST TIME!!!!!! Eating at this restuarant couldve KILLED me and my child. After sharing a philly cheese steak with my child I found a 4" strip of wire cooked in with the steak. I was in tears at the thought of what couldve happened, if one of us ate this. After being told many times that the Mgr was not here finally he came out, still chewing on his lunch of which he was so rudely interupted. Believe me he was more upset about that than anything I had to say!! There was NO APOLOGY what so ever, he just smiled and said " well your both still alive arent you"... WOW this man is a disgusting human being who by the way said his name was David.

I was visiting Miami from Colorado last week when I stopped at Bagel and Company with a friend. Being an ex New Yorker that worked in a great kosher deli growing up I know from what I speak. I started with a bowl of you guessed it, matzoh ball soup and it was excellent. On to corned beef turkey coleslaw and chopped liver. We made mini sandwiches on challah rolls followed by chocolate and rasberry ruguleh. To save calories I washed it down with a diet Dr. Browns cream. LOL To the owner David, I can only say thanks for your hospitality and the delicious food.

Absolutely fabulous. They catered a dinner for 115 people on Friday night and EVERYONE raved about the food and the presentation. The corn beef, the pastrami, the turkey and brisket were sliced to perfection and they were so delicious. It was all warm and mouth watering. The bread and the desserts were fresh and the potato salad and cold slaw were the best I have ever had. I worked with David and he was so professional and the result was a really happy customer. This is definitely our first choice for catering.

Rude people here for years has been a given. Years ago you could say everything was good but now.... WORST BAGELS IN HISTORY and the Nova was very dry! ( And EXPENSIVE TOO ) Save yourself the stress and go to The Bagel Bar NE 123rd Street. They have good bagels ( attitude not much better but the eats are good ) or if youre in the neighborhood of 24th and Biscayne go to New York Bagel Co. They actually have New York water shipped in. This review is from a New Yorker!

Worse experience i have had . From not being greeted to insulted about my toddler i will never go back the asian waitress did not even say hello just asked if we were ready she was very mean , so much that it made me feel very uncomfortable. Im not even sure if they have a manager . Left without getting food because of the terrible vibe . Im a waitress btw so i know how i should be treated . Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Great place!! -Delicious bagels -Great service, waitreses and boys with the coffee where on top of the game. -Friendly atmosphere I had a great time with my friends and family they accomodate us (party of 24) to celebrate my nieces bday. You must try the nova AMAZING!!! It was not my first time but the first time for some of my family members attending the party. Some of them are going back again...love the food.

While all the food at this New York style deli is worthy of note, for me theres nothing to match the Banana Walnut Pancakes. Large, fluffy cakes, stuffed full of ripe sliced bananas, and loads of crunchy walnuts mixed it. Top them with a little butter and maple syrup and youll be in breakfast heaven!

Went for Saturday breakfast around 10am. Place was crowded but not packed and there was no wait. Time between food and order was about 10 mins. I ordered a coffee and Eggs Benedict on an English muffin with home fries. Food was hot and delicious and the service was great as well.

Wow i cant believe my eyes when a saw the bagel man hand making the bagels at the counter. This is definitely the Original Old fashioned hand rolled new york style bagel in Florida cant find this anywhere! LOVE IT ! To bad I cant give it a10 star

I have been a regular for about 6 months. Today was the worst, and I will not be back. The server was awful and the black lady who takes your money is horrible. She does not thank you smile nothing I will not be back!!

WOW!! Finally found a NY Style deli in Miami that reminds me of the years I used to live in NYC. Great warm, fresh bagels. Amazing food. Great service. Consider me a regular.

Love their Bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagels. I always ask for the eggs over hard instead of scrambled. Staff has always been great.
