I only use the drive-through, so I cant speak to the restaurant itself. The food, however, I make sure I treat myself to at least once a month. They make some incredible sandwiches that you wont find anywhere else. I love their Napa Chicken Salad sandwich, most of the time I eat it a half at a time because its a lot of food. I love their bagels (the honey walnut cream cheese is great on a toasted bagel) and their cheese danish. Their souffles used to be really, really good, but now they are only good. I dont know what they changed, but I dont enjoy the flavor of them like I used to. They used to have a great butternut squash ravioli, but its no longer on the menu. I dont know if thats a summer thing or permanent. If you enjoy the fresh flavors Panera is noted for, dont get the pastry ring. It tastes like it came from the Walmart. The salads are REALLY good as well. The Green Goddess Cobb Salad is incredibly fresh - I always bring it home and eat it for lunch AND dinner (its a lot of food) using my own raspberry vinaigrette (usually Paul Newman). The best part about Panera is you can order online, there are plenty of boxes to be very specific about what you want in your salad or sandwich or to add something thats not in it that you want. They also have an extra box for you to put information like "Ill be there in 20 minutes" because thats how far away it is from your house or "Will pick up at drive through." Be sure to get a "My Rewards" card - youll get either a great deal (money off) or free food based on what you spent the previous month at their restaurant. I dont know if its based on what you order from them, but Ive never gotten a reward I wouldnt use. Yes, Panera is more expensive than other places you can drive up to a window and get food from, but the overall quality of their food and their menu selections rate high above other drive throughs.

The staff is always courteous., and for that I can rate it with 6 stars. Clean, fresh food. Needs salt most of the time, but it comes with the program of having a better grade of food. Now the bad part........ I had ordered a coffee once from there, and let me be the first to say, it was strong and very bitter, and ultimately undrinkable. Im a person that loves Greek coffee, btw, and it was stronger than that. The green tea they serve is akin to flavorless weakened kool-aide. Btw, these are two popular beverages in places like this, and I just dont get it. Just flavor up the green tea and add more water to the brew, and you got 5 stars, but for now.......

Manager on the am shift was not helpful or accommodating at all! Trying to place an online order couldnt use promo code bc amount was not enough but couldnt add the soup I wanted bc its only avl after 10 am if ordering online, however soup was already ready per staff in the store. If i ordered in store or over phone i could order soup but couldnt use $2 off promo. I know its only 2 dollars but thats exactly my point she couldnt accommodate me 2 bucks?? She needs better customer service training wish I remembered her name. If that was me I would have accommodated my customer somehow someway! Just sad!!

I always love going to panera bread, however this one is not so pleasant. They got our order correct, but forgot to add certain foods to the meal. They didnt give us a side that was supposed to come with the meal. I had to keep going up to the counter to collect food we were supposed to have. Plus you have to go get you food, which nowadays they normally bring it to u. They place however did have very nice staff and was kept clean.

Great drive-thru service! The food is always hot and fresh, but it is a little pricey. I recommend their bagels and cream cheeses. Their seasonal autumn squash soup is delicious! Also, I am super disappointed that they no longer serve the fontina grilled cheese! It was my favorite! I have been getting the "big kids grilled cheese" instead, and today, I was told that they no longer have that either. Sad day for sure.

I ordered using the Mypanera app and set my order to be delivered to me at work. One of the items that I ordered was not available and the manager, Jasmine, tried to call me but I was busy at work and couldnt get to the phone. So she replaced the unavailable item with something comparable and more of them! Such great customer service!! Thank you to Antoinette also for the fast delivery and kindness as well!

Always good, always fresh. Electronic ordering inside or app ordering by phone with Rapid pick up option. Also drive thru bonus for us frequent-fliers. If you are on a strict "clean eating" this probably will do in a pinch but there is plenty of bread add bakery options which trumps clean in my mind. At least the "no preservatives" part is nice. All in all - worth the price every time.

I normally have no issues with Panera food or service but....I asked for coffee light with sugar this morning and I am sorry to say Panera has THE worst coffee ever. It was bitter, cold and lets just say it wasnt LIGHT like I asked. Horrible stuff. Get better coffee. And yes they didnt even fill it all the way.

It seems like in the last 3 months the service has been declining. This morning I was handed a soggy bag, which was suppose to be my Ham, Egg & Cheese Power Breakfast Sandwich. The gentleman that handed it to me did not say a word and he was not in presence long enough for me to see his name tag.

This place knocks the socks off of DD and Starbucks for their coffee and breakfast. Oh you like baked goods? They got that too. The big kids grilled cheese and bacon with a cup of tomato soup for soup would only be better if it was my dinner. Keep up the good work.

Love this place, In my opinion so much better than Starbucks. Friendly staff. good outside seating. If I had to say one negative is the seating inside is a little cramped especially if you are having a meeting as other customers will hear your conversation.

Not a bad panera. Its a chain. Pretty similar to the rest. Not very knowledgeable about allergens and had to dig out a huge binder to find ingredient lists. Food comes out quick even when it is busy. Friendly staff.

What a joke every time i try to go in and get breakfast they are out of the souffles. Today they were out if that and bagels. Poor planning whoever does their ordering or poor judgement for going to this location.
