I sat there at R.Tuesdays ...15 minutes before anyone came over..actually had to ask the Waiter at table behind me if she help me..she sent some guy..short small beard.. ask me what he could help me with..I said Id like to start with salad bar, he said OK and to drink..I replied water with lemon. Got back to table had water, no lemon, never saw the Waiter again.. I just relocated to the area and familiar with those wonderful biscuits,,had to ask for the biscuits from the lady Waiter again... .everyone else around me had theres..thing about it..I had just come from a church I had found on troublecreek Rd..service was great...needless to say.. I was never asked how were doing, did you need anything else..finally I asked lady Waiter..what is going on..this is ridiculous service..finally a big tall manager came over..I explained everything all he said was...may I get you a to go box for the salad bar...THAT WAS ALL HE SAID..HE NEVER APOLOGIZED FOR THE SERVICE,,, TRUST ME THIS IS JUST THE BEGINNING!!!_I HAVE NEVER.. EVER...BEEN SO INSULTED IN MY 57 YRS... EVER!!!!!!

Got there at 9:00pm waited to be seat and it was not busy. No hostress at door way ask a waiter if there a was hostress and she said, someone will be with us shortly. About 5 minutes went by had to ask for the hostress again. Finally she came! Ask us if we want a booth or a table, we said booth. She took us to a table as we walk by several empty booths. Got to the table and we said that we wanted a booth, so we went back to the booth that we passed. Then we had to wait on the waiter to come to over booth. We order we had the salad bar, she said help yourself, That she would return with silverware. We got back to the table with our salad no silverware, we took silware off another table. She finally return with the silverware, 5min later. Said O someone bet me to it, and we said that we got our own off another table. The service was bad. the manager came by ask us how was everything, so we explain to him what happen. He was not very overly concern about it. So, we will not be going back to the restautant.

After recent changes to the decor, the salad bar and the menu, I am cautiously bringing RT back into the mix of restaurants I visit. Previously I felt some of the waitstaff was inattentive, the managers seemed utterly inept, and some of the seafood servings were too small and way overcooked. I had some concerns with the salad bar as I saw they were in violation of health codes, as well. But the bartenders were always friendly and attentive and after a remodel and some turnover in the waitstaff department, I decided to give them another chance. The salad bar is prettier and has more options now. I was unable to determine if the health code was being followed now but the salad bar looked fresh and clean early in the day. The waitstaff was still below standards, but the food has improved. Overall, Id visit again, but I believe they have some work to do in regards to their staff.

Very disappointed this visit. We had Thai Spring rolls appetizer and the spicy shrimp appetizers along with the salad bar. Even though the shrimp had a fairly spicy coating, the shrimp themselves had NO flavor whatsoever. It was like you didnt know what you were eating outside of the coating. The spring rolls had NO flavor either. If you closed your eyes, you wouldnt have taste enough to identify anything in these. Horrible! We complained to one of the managers who asked if we wanted something else. We already had the salad bar and were not interested in waiting for another lunch to be cooked. We left most of the food in these dishes (half full, ) and the person who had come to our table did not even take anything off our bill. To me, this is not how you run a restaurant. I guess I wont be going back here.

Hostess was friendly, asked about lunch specials, they had none. When seated the waitress I had was rude and impatient. The restaurant wasnt very busy and she seemed in a hurry. When I received my Smokehouse burger, one of their signature hamburgers, it was nice and fresh. However, they dont provide many fries as a side. The waitress did manage to get me a refill before I ran out of drink, that was a plus. Overall as a first experience, I give it 3 stars for the fresh hamburger and the setting. Price would be consider mid range as it cost roughly $16 for a burger, a small fry, drink and 20% tip. Waitress dropped off check and didnt come back for over 10 minutes as I waited for a box and to go drink. I may come back for a second chance though.

Went to Ruby Tuesdays for Mothers Day. Having never been there before, I had no idea what to expect. We were a party of 7, and I can honestly say that everyone was thrilled with the quality and quantity of food! The little rolls were yummy as well! Best of all, we had the sweetest waitress--Rosie. Not only was she attentive to our needs, she was charming as well! She had the ability to make each of us feel like we were the only customers in the restaurant, without neglecting the other tables. The coolest part was that it was apparently her birthday, and she made it seem as if there was no other place shed rather be than at work!! So yeah, I only chose 5 stars because thats the most you offer!

pattiP 12/12/11 Went to New port Richey Restaurant # 7147, we (8) had a server named Cory who was so experienced in his job. He took our orders, checked order before leaving us, made quite an impression. He filled our orders correctly and professionally, making sure we were happy with our choices and kept our beverages filled. He has a smile that is so genuine and super pleasant so eager to please us. We thought you should know what a compitent sincerely concerned with his customers satisfaction, all of this ensures that we will keep coming back. hope to see Cory at that time. Thanks Patti

Have been to this RT many times and its not the closest one to us, so you can believe us, we think its the best in the area! The salad bar is always clean, and full, the food is always good, the help have always been very helpful in anything extra/ special wed like! The prices are decent especially with the coupons you get for joining their club online! Seems you always get coupons for 50% off one entree when ordering 2, $5. off on a lunch item, occasionally you get a free hamburger! Another plus is the Christmas season gift cards deals the company offers!

It was holiday and we were greeted with smiles and then we were seated immediately! ☆ Our orders were taken and the server ask how we were doing, but he wasnt a burden, only helpful! Had the salad bar, which I needed 2 plates for -(call me a gluten :) )when I came back to the table my Ice Cold drink was there! As I finished my salad our food arrived nice and hot! When we finished our meals, the server (Jeremy )helped me get coupons! All -in -All Thank-you Ruby Tuesday for a nice evening!:) Plan to see us soon! Thanks
