It seems like we end up waiting for food for at least an hour, half of the time. The last time we went, we had a server named Raven. She was rude and not attentive at all. We expect basic service (the correct food, not having stuff floating in our drink, ect).For instance: We had something floating in our drink and it took awhile to get ahold of her to get a new one. Then she grabbed it and proceeded to take another 5 minutes or so to talk to another server before bringing a dif. drink back. Another couple sat behind us, when we were finishing up our meal. We then saw them grab a manager and complain about how rude she was. The manager tried to make it sound like that wasnt normal of her, but its funny that we were thinking the same thing. Its not just the service though. Weve had half of our groups food come out 15 minutes before the rest of the groups as well. I love their food, when its not dead and has apparently been sitting out for awhile. I wish I could expect to be able to go in and out within an hour if I wanted to.

Absolutely horrible service. It took 5 minutes to get drinks. Then another 5 for server to come bak for our order. Then we proceeded to wait........Well 45 minutes later our appetizer comes out COLD. Worse was the 2 groups that arrived after us that had their food, ate AND paid before our cold appetizer came out. At that pount I was beyond done. As we got up to leave our actual meals were coming out. Now, I am not unreasonable, being 12:30 I expected it to take a while because they were busy but 45 mins is not acceptable when you are going to spend around $50 for lunch for 2 people. I asked for a manager as we were leaving, he was nice enough but he said they were backed up in the kitchen, then he didnt help himself when he said he didnt understand how those other people got their food before us. Wow, me neither.... Dont waste your time unless you want to wait an hour for food that has been sitting under the heat lamp for at least 30 mins...

Every time we go we eat chicken wings and I mercilessly rub it in my dumb ass friends face. This man is absolutely obsessed with chicken wings. His lust for wings is comparable to a fiending meth addict who hasnt had their fix in 3 minutes. My favorite part is when people watching their favorite hand foot ball incursion shout loudly and I scream too. I like screaming in public for no reason and this is the only place where I can do that and not be escorted out by security. Buffalo Wild Wings is enabling my autistic tendencies.

Honestly one of the worst restaurants in Mount Vernon. Took 45 minutes to get wings and fries. Also Ridiculously overpriced. Paid $3 expecting a decently sized portion of fries and it was like a Wendys 99 cent fry. Their Thursday night boneless wing special was 65 cents each, imagine what their regular price is. The wings were good, but other than that expect to drop $25 or more out the door for two people on a regular night.

Everything was great but only reason I am giving a 1 star review on this place is because they stole almost 20 dollars off of my card and proceded to tell me they didnt even when my cards recent transaction said they did. I refuse to to back to a place where my money is stolen from me. Let alone where all the employed look on laughing as if Im a psychopath. Worse place to ever go And I refuse to to back.

Dirty! We were brought to our table where the booth was covered in what looked like heavy grease. Then the waitress brought us our drinks, and mine had floaters in it. When the waitress brought us our food ahe dropped some on her DIRTY tray and said "my hands are clean I promise". Put the food back in its little basket and sat it on our table. Very unimpressed.

Extraordinary how slow the service is. Also staff walk back and forth from the host station to the carry out station, doing absolutely nothing. This is happening right now. Line out the door to sit, line out the door for carryout, and nothing is happening. Not seeing hardly any food leaving the kitchen. Looks like a major management issue.

Its always really busy and noisy, but I guess thats the way bws always is. Their service is slow and the waiters arent very friendly. Be prepared that when youre there it will take a long time to get any of your food and drinks. But they have good food. It is expensive.

We were in from Texas visiting family. Mikey was our server n he was great. Go ask for him he is an Excellent server and will take great care of you. We had a party of 12 and he made it seem like there was 2 of us in the party with amazing attention.

I love their wings but I swear everytime we go there the price goes up. This time the wings were small and someone cant count because we received 13 wings instead of 15. The sad thing its not the first time either! How hard is it to count to 15??

During our last visit the staff was wonderful! From the moment we walked in the door they were smiling and helpful. We were quickly seated, they entertained my kids with tables, checked on us frequently and the food was delicious.

Good food, slow service. Doesnt matter if they are packed for a game night or empty for lunch its all the same. Believe its something to come to expect from this chain tho because every one I have been to is all the same

Food is what you would expect from Buffalo Wild Wings. Its average. Dont plan on having any kind of conversation there. Its just too loud. If you want to watch the game & drink a beer, then its perfect.

Quite expensive for what is offered. I have yet to eat here without feeling rushed by a server. It has a fast paced feel due to the many screens, but that is increased by servers who seem in a big hurry.

They are usually very good with their service. Sometimes the food can take a ridiculous amount of time even when its about two hours to close. But the servers are usually very nice

Yes we had wings there. Sorta of a sports bar kinda place that makes good wings.. Would we go back? Yes. The staff was friendly!
