Do not EVER go to the BWW in Trinity, Florida, and expect good service. We were one of four or five tables in the entire restaurant, and our waitress was the bartender. We had to flag her down multiple times to get our drinks refilled, and my husband had to actually walk over to the bar once to get her attention. I attempted to order an ice cream after the meal to share with my daughter and had to get a totally different waitress to put in the order. After about 10 minutes we managed to catch her again and ask her what was going on with the ice cream as we had not received it yet. She told us that "someone else is suppose to be getting it" and walked away. The girl that finally brought us the ice cream brought it to the table without a spoon and told us that she would have to go find one. After about five minutes she came back, offered me a FORK, and informed me that all the spoons were DIRTY. Yes, she actually told me that she could not find me a spoon because they were all dirty. I asked to speak to a manager, and the *joke* of a manager that came over did not apologize or offer a solution. Instead, she once again informed me that all the spoons were dirty and offered me a fork. When I asked her why they could not wash a spoon for me, she looked at me like washing a spoon for a customer was totally below her and didnt respond at all, she just stood there looking at me. When I handed her the ice cream back and told her a refused to eat it with a fork in a restaurant that SHOULD have clean spoons, she simply walked away without another word. To say that I am completely dumbfounded about this entire situation is an understatement. I will be contacting customer service/corporate and the store manager tomorrow. How long had it been since they washed spoons since we were one of the only four or five tables in the whole place, and more importantly, if all the spoons at a WING place were dirty, what else was going on back in that kitchen???

We are huge BWW fans. Previously lived in TX and frequented the one in McKinney all the time. Not unusual for once a week. The closest BWW to us here in FL is this one in Port Richey, a35 minute drive from our house. We got all psyched for some really good wings. Arrived there and no hostess at the door. Finally someone greeted us and since weather was awesome we asked if we could sit outside on the deck. She said sure, "Go look and see if there is a table available" and pointed the way back out the front door. So, unbelievably, we walked out and around to the deck, found an unoccupied but dirty table (still had used drink glasses on it) right across from the door to the dining room/bar. We sat down and waited for someone to come. Waitresses came in and out over and over. No one looked at us, no one said a word. At least 5 different waitresses came in and out and past our table over and over. This went on for 10 minutes. Finally my husband yelled out "Excuse Me" and one turned around and looked at us like we were being rude. I told her we had been sitting here for 10 minutes and had yet to be even acknowledged. She said that waitresses are not assigned tables on the deck so that was why no one had helped us out. I told her too bad and we all got up and left. We walked across the parking lot and into a Tijuana Flats. We were greeted at the door, she even opened it for us. We were greeted again at the counter and several times different employees checked on us at our table. I wish I had read all the other reviews before we drove the 30 minutes to get to BWW. What a shame. We would never have been treated that way at the one in McKinney TX

My husband and I went there for lunch today, during his break from work. We sat at the high top in the bar as it was empty and tons of tvs to watch. Our waiter, the bartender, came right over and got our drink order and came right back, we then ordered our lunch specials. I ordered the 8 wing meal (which includes french fries and a drink) that I asked if I could sub onion rings for the fries and was told no problem. My husband ordered the same thing stayed with the fries. We waited for almost 40 minutes before getting our meals. We noticed a 4 count arrived at another table (about 10 - 15 mins later) and said they were there for lunch and needed to get back quickly, ordered their drinks and lunch all at the same time. They received their lunches about 5 mins before us and then quickly received their bills and were out of there before my husband and I? Turns out I was charged $2 more to sub onion rings, even though they are only a dollar more then a side of fries on the menu. My onion rings were barely warm, so I think our order wasnt deemed important compared to others that came in after us. I think the bartender/waiter had too much responsibility, with no one to help care for the bar or the tables. I am a Columbus Ohio native and an Alumni of Ohio State University and loved the BW3s up there, but this certainly isnt up to their standard for Ohio. I dont think this place will last long with this type of service. The bartender was great, but he needed some help with where all the guests. who decided to sit and have lunch there in the bar.

Basic waitress service was ok. The food was repulsive I asked what "boneless wings" were, as I had not had before. The description was vague but I ordered anyway. When they arrived I thought they were joking. I got a saucer sized plate with cut up/diced chicken and some very cold (temperature) wing sauce slopped over it. When I asked where my wings were I got "attitude". seriously folks....I actually expected "wings". When I asked for a manager, he came over and ridiculed me. When I became more serious and demanded my order be removed from the final tab for our party he said he would "make it up to me" and left. 10 minutes later he came back with the dame plate. I asked him what was different and he said he microwaved it. No words can accurately describe the utter contempt I have for this individual who is in your employ! The indifference we were shown by your staff and the leftovers we were served have ensured we will never set foot there again. I could not and will not, ever, ever recommend you, or the dog slop you deliberately mis-label and try to pass off as actual food. My recommendation is to actually have some hiring standard, so you dont have the rejects of society running your business and maybe you should actually order something from your own menu and see what I mean. Try the "boneless wings".....

Today was the worst experience ive had. I had a just sat down with my wife to order. After we ordered our drinks we said we only needed a min to decide on food, it turned into a long wait. I had the menu down for 10 mins already feeling ignored. The waitress would walk passed us over and over again without looking to see if we was ready. Despite me and my wifes attempts to get her attention (waving and calling) still had to wait. When we asked for the check she dropped it on the table and said "whenever youre ready" and rushed off while I was trying to hand her the card. Again we had to wait just to pay. Being so frustrated with the experience I had forgotten my glasses. I came back to retrieve them and all I got was" I didnt see them " from the waitress. I asked in front to see if anyone else may have picked them up. He checked behind the booth then asked me if I spoke to the waitress. I said yes then he said "then nope" it was that tone like get out of my face. No effort at all. Never thought a meal would cost me my glasses. Never coming to this place again. The wings arent worth the frustration. Thanks Shannon.
