As I read the reviews I sure wish I had researched this place prior to going. It was so very bad-we had three different people wait on us, none of which knew the other was already waiting on us. I took six people to this joint (maybe worse than a joint) for my daughters birthday. It was a Saturday night at 9 p.m.-we should have known the moment we walked in.....there was only about 10 patrons there! First up-our drinks were wrong-duh, one water, two sodas, and two mixed drinks, one of which was a margarita in which there was no "salt"....they ran out. There was so much ice in that drink it only took three "sips" an it was gone! Our appetizers came-a large supreme nacho to share--one small (and I mean small) spoon of cheese and a few of the smallest tomatoes and onions chopped I have ever seen-over $12 bucks just for that. The other two were ok. Then our order came-well some of it. Two medium boneless wings that you couldnt even wash down with your drink they were so old and dry! I asked for another replacement and just plain.....listen to this---they would not give me the "new" order until they took the old order back--hummmmm--maybe to drop back into the box with all the other ones--REALLY! When the 3 chicken sandwiches came (ordered crispy), they were NOT crispy. So off they go while our two orders of wings sit getting even colder waiting for the others to get their meal. Almost 25 minutes later here they come-had a crust but wouldnt call it "crispy" the cheese was just slapped on it not melted and all were COLD!! In addition, we had no silver ware on the table and had to ask 3 times for it. We asked for a manager (white shirt) but there was none. REALLY-would it have been different if there was one there? Our bill was over $120 dollars and even after all of this not one comp was offered.....but we were told by the final server that he hoped it didnt "reflect" on his tip! His name was Allfonzo.....and if I knew the rest of the names I would name them too......I will never return to this place again and rest assured any one who will listen will know about this place which does not even deserve anyone filling their place until they get some leadership in there......Good Bye Buffalo Wild Wings.....you will fail in Lake City Florida.

I was here 40 minutes before the game to make sure I could get a TV. There was no need for that nobody was here. Needless to say after talking to the manager 2 minutes before kick-off she ended up turning on the game thats great the service is horrible the beers are expensive and theres absolutely no one here! When you open something in Lake City you need to get it right the first time and you screwed up! You need hot women not teenagers! You also need management .... you should have built the building separately three times bigger. If you ever want me to come clean up your mess? I will do so for six figures! Regards, Brad Oslund

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Our server was terrible. our 8 year old ordered a cheeseburger and he brought out a huge one from the regular menu and acted like it was our fault. Made a comment about how we werent specific and he assumed he wanted the full size burger. The food was gross- tasted like fast food quality food and was way overpriced. The Thai curry sauce was so salty that I couldnt even eat it. At the end of the meal he tosses the check on the table and walked away. Just awful. Avoid this place at all costs. I wish we had read the reviews before eating here.

BWW is one of my favorite places to chill, watch sports and play the trivia. That being said, this location seems to need a kick in the butt. We went, ignoring the advice of locals (to go ANYWHERE else bc BWW was the worst place in town, by far. "How bad could it be?" We thought...) It was a weekend night and there were probably 8 other patrons there, allowing the wait staff to cluster at the host stand and chat. Ha! Our server was nice and attentive and food was decent. Horrible... I would not recommend this place to my friend for her dog. We ordered 3 side salads (we was given 3 bowls of dead brown lettuce) fit for the trash. Then the manager (Liar) Jarad gonna tell me he cant refund my money back. He said he check the bags of lettuce when he came onto his shift (@3p.m.) and they were all good. Well, we purchased our salads at 10:18. You Stupid Bastard! This reminds me why I never go out to eat at restaurants and this was my family and I first and last time ever going to any Buffalo Wild Wings..

I really shouldnt even give 1 star. We had to wait so long for our food to come out and on top of that they didnt bring one persons food out until everybody at the table was already done. The waitress then told us im sorry they cooked you the wrong food and i told them to let me bring it out to you so you would have something to at least munch on while they fix it but they said no !! After all that was done they took the meal off the ticket but he didnt get to keep the food and the waitress laughed about . Very rude and disrespectful..

I ordered just the bbq sweet wings, but after waiting a long time my friends order (same) came but not mine. Eventually the waitress came over with a plate of regular wings, and asks me if it was what I ordered, then told me to wait while she put the sauce on. After about an hour I realized that Ill never get my wings. I left there without eating anything. The waitresses were rude and didnt know what people were ordering, and the whole place was a sloppy train wreck of a mess. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY REASON!!!

I was in from out of town and BWW has good sevice/food where I live. Needless to say this place is terrible. I should of read the reviews before I went. It was a Monday night and nobody was there but I figure, "well the food will come quickly". Forgot it, took a small nacho order 1/2 hour and look/tasted like "slop". Also, the bar maid seemed more interested in restocking the bar then she did in her customers. I guess she wanted to go home early. Terrible service and terrible food (period).

Normally I love Buffalo Wild Wings but this new lake city location is subpar at best. I was seated and waited 20 minutes before anyone came to take our order and it was NOT busy. Waited a long time for everything and the wait staff was rude and unhelpful. We were there to watch a football game and after one basket of wings she brought the check. We told her we werent done and she said okay and walked off. We didnt see her again for an hour. I will not be returning to this location.

The waiter cheerfully took order, was personable yet professional. He suggested the BWW cheese sticks appetizer (which we ordered and devoured) and took drink orders. When he returned, we placed our order, and our food was out quickly. Those parmesan garlic wings didnt stand a chance!
