My friends and family have had wonderful meals at Prime Time throughout this yeat. I had my birthday party there in July. We ordered a wide variety of appetizers and food for my friends and family. We ate it family style. We had a fabulous meal, everyone enjoyed the experience, and the owners and their family were involved and delighted to participate in my event. In fact, the entire experience was so good we just did it again for my husbands birthday yesterday. Heres what our party of 12 had...Wonderful wonton soup, with freshly made wontons, fresh scallions and a wonderful broth. We had delightfully crispy creamy crab rangoon and egg rolls, with a wonderful plum sauce. Dinners included General Tsos chicken, which my husband and my girlfriend said was the best ever with a perfect heat to it....my Dads favorite was the Lemon Chicken, which was crispy, flavorful in just the perfect ratio and supremely tender; We had shrimp with broccoli. We were fighting over the fresh shrimp, so fresh they curled. The flavor of those shrimps were as good as any we have had anywhere in our travels. The broccoli was perfectly cooked. There were no leftovers. We had a divine vegetable moo shu where the vegetables were all hand chopped, fresh and the sauce was perfect. We always thought the best moo shu we ever had was in San Francisco, Chinatown, but this Moo shu was far better. We also had beef with mushrooms and we wanted to lick the plate clean. The mushrooms were in chunks and we loved them. The pork with pea pods was perfectly cooked. It was tender, flavorful and the peapods were just perfect, not so crisp that they didnt taste cooked, but still crisp enough. Yummy. We had a vegetable fried rice that was perfect. Our waitress, Wake, was wonderful. She worked well with our whole crazy group and we had two little kids with us who were running around. She did an outstanding job serving us. Mikey, the cook and owner, and Jen both came out after the meals were prepared to see how everything was and to sing Happy Birthday to my husband. Jen, who is Mikeys sister and works there everyday, had everything set up for us before the party, and made sure we got everything we wanted. In short, we had a top notch experience. This restaurant is a good one. The quality of food is and has been excellent. It is also a very good value, and they have a nice variety of food. I suppose everyone can have one bad personal experience, and I am sorry for "food dude". But please dont be mislead by his comments, because you are missing out on good food, at a good value. I highly recommend Prime Time. My friends and family were thrilled to go again for this second party and everyone raved about it this time as well. The only criticism I might share was that we wished it was cooler, but the atmosphere was friendly and felt like family. My husband opened gifts, we were able to decorate our tables, and I was able to bring in my husband’s birthday pies and balloons earlier in the day. The atmosphere was fantastic the people are friendly. The food is excellent and a lot of it is hand made and is very clean the bartenders areally very friendly and entertaining could use a poolong table maybe some day boards. I recommend this place to anyone who craves delicious food and a good time.

The people that own this place are Vietnamese in front its a bar resturant with American and Vietnamese food, and the food is very good. And in the back is Venom 2 motorcycle repair. I cannot say enough good about the owners they are great people.

Yuck. Really a cheap Chinese joint. Was looking for a place with local flavor, but this wasnt it. Asians should not attempt Italian food. More like cat with catsup. Do not go here. Cheap and old.
