We visited this coffee shop at 9am on 10/29/10. There was a long line and we joined the end of it. Waited for about 10 minutes. There were 2 registers but only 1 employee working on one of them. We were next in line when another employee went to the other register and the person behind me jumped the line and got served. Upon complaint, this employee snapped "we are understaffed...OBVIOUSLY". She was rude and sarcastic. Eventually we got served but the employee was very slow and could not get the order right. Another customer in line said the owner was away and this place always goes downhill. One other customer there said dont ever give these people a credit card as payment because he doesnt trust these people. Eventually, after 30 minutes I finally got my order. The girl who cooked the food was ok, but the others... useless! I will never return back there ever again and would not recommend the place to anyone. Naples can do much better than this. With over 15 million unemployed, if they have a staffing problem, there are plenty of willing folk out there. Otherwise its just an excuse for bad management.

Worst place in town! Watch out, after having a nice day around, we had lunch in a Thai Place, very good, great service, we decided having coffee in somewhere else to check other place... surprise, we came here and since minute one the cashier was super rude, no welcoming, she served the 3 coffees on plastic cups when we were staying to also eat a carrot cake, btw, one of the coffees was a Macchiato, she served the Macchiato for me on a huge plastic cup, macchiato, really? You dont serve a Macchiato like that and when I asked for a real cup the cashier and the other lady at the booth were disgusted by my request, 2 minutes later, finally having my coffee outside in a cup, cup was dirty, with ketchup! Do not want other coffee thank you but they didnt even bother on offering me another one, even when I said that the cup was dirty in front of another customer. Conclusion, they do not have a close idea of what a service is. Be aware of coming here.

I usually love this place! I usually get the blueberry muffin, so thats what I got this time. It was great, too many blueberries though. I wish they had a plain muffin. My mother loves hot sauce, but they only had one drop of Tabasco left. So her salad was kind of boring. My father loved his egg, cheese, and bacon on a bagel. Thats what he always gets. The cashier was very nice and funny. One of the waitress was kind of clueless though. Overall good experience, but average food.

Good coffee, baked goods, and location. Many times you are given so little cream cheese that it is impossible to cover a single bagel. Usually when asked they will willingly give you another. However today they wanted to charge more for an extra. When pushed on it one of the employees basically through the cup across the counter. We love to support independent merchants instead of the big chains like Starbucks but......

HORRIBLE. Everything from the service to the drinks. I dont understand how they stay open. I ordered a chai latte. As soon as I ordered it I saw the cashier turn around and poor a carton into my cup, then just hand it to me. I PAID FOR THAT?! It was ridiculously sweet, to the point where I had to throw it away. And I HATE wasting food/drinks. Meh, if youre near here, keep walking.

Been comming here for years, The Cooks are great and the food top notch with an old school diner feel. Cheese Steak sandwich A+ / Cherry Strudel Wow! BLT / Club very good.. Fish n Chips Yummy..Great coffee drinks, smoked salmon and bagel/creamcheese very nice! This is my favorite downtown spot. Great outdoor seating for people watching.. Its my favorite for breakfast/Lunch..

They have cold brew!! The "iced coffee" is actually brewed cold vs just coffee with ice which you normally find around Naples. The blueberry scone is also pretty good - not like a traditional scone because its softer and has more flavor. Staff is also friendly and the outside eating area is nice (may be hard to find a spot on Saturday morning though).

The coffee was fresh, even for stopping in at 9PM. A little on the costly side though, with $10 being the bill for 2 small cups of coffee and a snack. The baked goods werent the highest quality. They were okay, but the keylime pie I had didnt impress. Still, great ambiance, friendly staff, and good tasting coffee.

I ate here with my husband and it was a great experience. I got an awesome sandwich and my husband enjoyed the baked goods. Enjoyed using my new Resident Club Card and saved some money. Friendly staff and a great place to relax and grab a bite while on 5th avenue, I will be back often...

Got a mocha here and it was okay but could use some work to improve the flavor. Perhaps some of their other coffee based drinks were a bit better. I did not try any of the food nor look at their wine selection. Theres a fair bit of outdoor seating on their patio area.

Since everything is very expensive in Naples, I choose to stop by this place. The price were affordable but not so cheap. I took a muffin and a vanilla milkshake to go and I enjoyed it. You found it both very good. All the pastries in the shop looks tasty.

Terrible coffee for a place called Coffee Company. Water is taken either from urinal or rusty old pipe, disgusting smell and bad taste. Wont recommend this place to anyone.
