had some time to kill early this morning and was feeling a little hunger and happen to come across this place!!! I love family own places might I say. I walked and was greeted right way by a young lady. I went to the facilities to wash my hands. They were very clean, kind of out dated, but clean!!! I came out and had a seat at the counter where another lady named Chris C. said hello and grabbed me menu and offered me a beverage. I wasnt real hungry but needed to eat and everything sounded great, so I asked her if she had an suggestions. Chris named me three choices and I decided to go with her third recommendation the Cinnamon French toast. It comes served with two eggs and two strips of bacon or sausage. Since I like it all I said it really didnt matter and we went with bacon. Shortly later my meal was in front of me and gone just like that... I dont know what happen, lol must have been hunger then I thought!. My eggs were cooked perfect, my bacon was extra crisp like I like and I didnt even have to ask. My cinnamon french toast was amazing real sweet and twist to your normal French toast but loved it. Thanks for the great service and breakfast this morning Chris C.

A great place to go when imagining a time long ago, prior to 2000, when all the utensils and condiments were purchased. Where Burts Bees wax is the hottest table item, and the median age is 60, and the internet doesnt exist yet. In a town dominated by younger people, wifi is crucial for a cafe to have in order for those who need to do work before they start their day. Haneys prides themselves on having a shotty internet connection, and an "old" style, both of which hardly hit home. The food is alright, but if you plan on catching up on any emails before your meal arrives, dont bother asking for a wifi password as the server will sneer at you and ask "whats wifi"?

Great service. Great prices. Tasty foods. Nice variety. *Update: We used to love it here but the last FOUR visits have been AWFUL!!! Yesterday was the final attempt. We sat outside & no one ever came to wait on us...this is now the 3rd time this happened while being sat outside. We left & definitely will not return. Its truly disappointing that they have lost their cozy feel...all of the servers/staff seem stressed & detached.

Best food in town. I would not go to any other resturant besides here. Great music. Great service. And excellent waitresses who are very polite. The ribs and chicken out beat all restaurants. The BBQ sauce is made by the top chef himself all homemade everything. Come out and join us.

We eat breakfast or lunch here once or twice. a week. I dont care for the biscuts & gravey which has very little taste. We like the peer the clam strips diner & group sandwich. They moved across the road into a larger place and the prices went up.

Food is very good. Has a casual atmosphere. Food is reasonably priced. My husband had the fried clams, French fries and a Cesar salad, I had grilled shrimp with rice and it did not trigger my Gluten sensitivity so we will eat here again.

Wasnt impressed. Biscuits not cooked all the way, gravy is not homemade, eggs tasted funny and a small cup off coffee cost $2.59. Will not be going back.
