The staff here are really friendly. Everyone in the produce department always asks if I need help finding anything. We dont even get fish but the guys in the fish department say hi always. Tonight we were shopping and we didnt realize it was 11:30pm (30 min past close) and NO one rushed us out or even told us! Jefferson, who bagged our groceries even told us hed help us to our car since we were the last customers....so embarrassing but they were so polite. Publix does an amazing job with customer service....I hope they dont ruin it because the staff actually seems sincere and not forced to be nice. Also this Publix is better than some Ive been to because they let us come in with our dogs. A Publix near Fort Myers kicked us out even though we had our dogs in backpack carriers. This Publix is 100% great.

Entiendo que estamos en un barrio donde casi todos tienen perro, pero no estoy de acuerdo con que en publix dejen que la gente metan a sus perritos en la canasta donde todos tenemos que meter comestibles, frutas verduras etc. Para eso están los bolsos donde los dueños deben cargar a sus perros, me queje con el manager y dice que meter los perros en las canastas esta bien....que asco!

I was so excited to finally visit a public. I live in Texas and I dont often have a chance to go to a public. The bakery here was simply amazing. I grabbed some cupcakes from the bakery and immediately fell in love with these cupcakes. I thought it was odd that beer, wine, and liquor were sold across from the store in a special store. I dont know if this is Florida law or just happen to be delayed at the store with setup. I found it a little confusing to purchase some of my items to the grocery store and then I had to walk in the other store to get some liquor. I thought the store was nice and inviting. The staff were very helpful as well. Im so glad I got to experience a Publix on my vacation.

Publix"s is a well kept store that I enjoy shopping at. However my visit today was not as pleasant as other locations, (Florida, North Carolina). The deli department/sub shop workers were unprofessional AND rude. I will say the young lady Lou Lou redeemed herself once a customer made a complaint with management. I will say to the younger generation especially the African American community take whatever job/position you may have seriously. YOU have to work harder than your counterparts just to get your application viewed by HR. Please take this as a lesson learned! #Wehavetodobetter!

I placed an online order to be picked up at 8:15PM for a Delux Sub. I left work at 8:45pm to pick it up. Arrived at 9pm. Sub was not even ready. He wasnt even aware of my order. Then they tell me they are out of whole size bread. How does this happen if its only 9pm and store closes at 11pm. Regardless I left work. No sub. Missed lunch. Wasted my half hour break and no food. All hot food was dry and brittle by this time as well. Associate did not offer me any alternative options. I returned to work and was forced to go to nasty subway. Disappointed.

Deli section needs improvement. Three employees when we first got our number looked like chicken running withough a head. You needed two to help one customer. One of them was names Yves? He was complaining about not being 7 so he can go to break because the minute it hit 7 all three employees ran off leaving more than 6 customers waiting for assistance. Another 5 minute waiting until another employee steps in. What I presume to me a manager, walks in, sees that there are people waiting and walks out. Not worth it

Designed in Asen he announced key as you want but its a lie. My son turned 5 days ago ave years and I escoji decorating book. And I asked him q I do sop of peach juice and when my husband. He went to get his key and hang time snapping him bread was dry was not as lopedi ami not mind me pay more everything and when agan as ami I like no matter I wanted a law q was juicy q my friends stay happy with him key but I did not think q sepaga for a good trabajo

A large grocery store with a neighborhood feel. My favorite thing about this particular store is the employees. They are friendly and there is little turnover, so you get to know them. Also, if there is ever an issue with an item, they offer a refund with no questions asked. Sometimes produce may go bad before the expiration date, and they are quick to replace it. That doesnt happen often, but its great to know they stand by their products when it does!

I love the selection of items at Publix and my favorite store continues to be the South Beach location. Unfortunately the store on Biscayne in Miami leaves a lot to be desired. The Escalator has been broken for months now and its always crowded here with long lines. Customer service is also not as on point. Its just ok. Come on Publix, you have a great reputation. Lets get this store up to standard so I can give you a better review!

Racist ,rude,disrespectful I live in the area and shop here often . But every time I vist this publix the deli department manegar gina is rude and nasty.... I asked if i could make a flat bread sandwhich and she told me i could not ,i only was able to order whole wheat bread .but the guy standing next to me was white and he was ordering the same sandwhich i asked her to make for me ... one day you might get a law complaint.. publix

I normally have a wonderful experience at Publix. This visit was very interesting and peculiar. The young lady at the deli counter seemed as though she did not want to be at work. I understand having a rough day but it shouldnt have been displayed to a customer. The service from her was lackluster and needs to be improved. Other than that my experience would have been wonderful as per norm.

Pretty okay. One of the escalators is always broken and the elevators take forever. Ordered a cake and they made it completely wrong. Would not reccomend the bakery. UPDATE.... The cake that I originally wanted to order for a birthday and was told they absolutely do not make it like that... WELL a couple days ago there it was in their display case. SO done with this store.

The staff is great (except for one interaction with a person in the pharmacy). Parking is convenient above the store with elevators and escalators. They keep the lines moving even when its busy. My only complaint (which is the same for all Publix stores) is that their prices fluctuate too much, too often, and without a bogo are usually high.

I hate this place because I called Customer Service asking if I could bring my dog and they said "yes." But when I arrived security and management told me I needed to get the dog out. - So because Im on a Time frame I had to leave my poor 14yr old diabetic schnauzer inside my car as I unhappily grabbed the things I needed.
