ORice is one of the best Chinese restaurant in Miami Gardens but the cutomer service is awful. They dont answer calls to take orders and they say they open at 11:30 AM thats a lie. I stood outside the door for 5 minutes with all of them standing there like they didnt see me at the door...and that was at 11:35 AM. If they keep up this kind of service, they are going to loose many customers like me! VERY DISAPPOINTED

I usually go to Hialeah but ever since I ate orice I always go there now its delicious it says 20min to me hr wait never have I experienced that it usually takes 10-15 max its amazing and so delicious cant wait to eat there again
